I debated a lower rating just because the speed was so slow, I nearly left. But when I got to the window, it was very obvious they didn't have staffing, as it was one woman in the front of house for drive thru and sit down. She was so kind and quick when I got to the window, even acknowledge the time it took and say but here is your blizzard. Blizzard was good and tasty, and I even got a few big Oreos in mine! the girl that was working when I went in was kinda stuck up. I went in and got my son an ice cream and asked if the back patio was open so we could go sit on it and she said well no I'm cleaning as like OK well maybe when you're done cleaning and she was like no I'm cleaning it to say this is four or five hours before they close, and she still wouldn't allow us to go to the back patio because she already clean with plenty of other customers that are going to come in. I stopped here on my way through from out of town, and I'll never come back to this DQ. I wish I could even leave a review about the food, but I never even got to actually order it. I sat in the drive-through and waited for over 20 minutes just for someone to start to take my order (that's not even counting the wait I had just to get to the intercom). Then, as I'm trying to give my order, the lady told me to just to come to the window because she can't understand what is coming through the intercom. Also it is 6:30 p.m. and they are "out of gravy for the night because it takes an hour to make" when they close at 10 p.m. If I were the only person asking for gravy with my chicken strips and fries I would be indifferent however I have heard them tell the next two people the same thing when they asked for gravy and heard it told over the drive through headset. If you order during lunch hour this place is pretty slow...over 15 minutes for a chicken strip basket. The drive thru is just as slow. Bathrooms not the best, but not the worst and had soap and touchless paper towels. Outdoor playground to let the kids burn off some energy before you strap them back into the carseat. I had a bizarre experience with very disrespectful staff. They either couldn't hear me on the intercom or they were distracted because I had to repeat my order 3 times! I could tell nobody was happy working at this location. One employee handed me my order and was glaring at me like she wanted to do something to me. The manager only agitated the situation and began shouting like a lunatic as well, when I asked to speak to her. Nobody could give me a reason as to why there was such hostility and threatened me with law enforcement when I asked if they had spit in my order. I will go back, only to have a word with the franchise owner about the hostility and unprofessional attitude that her manager demonstrated and her inability to handle the situation with diplomacy. My boyfriend and I stopped by on the way home from a trip and honestly the only reason we went in was because we received a gift card. My biggest issue was the wait. When we got there, there were 2 groups ahead of us to order. It took 15 minutes for us to get up to the counter, and another 6 minutes just to PLACE the order. Then we sat down to wait another whopping 30 minutes to receive our food, which came out mediocre: cold fries and toast, room temperature chicken. If I could leave zero stars, I would. We wanted to dine in but the staff had locked the doors for some reason 3 hours before they were set to close. Decided to go ahead and go through the drive thru. Took them 10 minutes to take our order, and when they finally did, the woman was very rude. My wife asked for no tomatoes on her tacos, yet when we got them it was covered in them. When we gave them back, we made sure to mark the box so we could tell if they just picked off the tomatoes and gave them back. Sure enough, when we got them back THEY WERE THE SAME TACOS. We made sure to give them right back and ask for fresh tacos, that's ridiculous. Also there were no pickles on a sandwich that is advertised to come with pickles. We asked for ranch and ketchup and were told by the young lady in the window that they were both in the bag but there were none. We wanted something quick and on the road while we traveled to see family but it took over an hour to finally get what we ordered and paid for. The wait in the drive thru took awhile because they were busy which is understandable. After we got our order we continued our drive & ate our food. My burger was okay, but my fries tasted like they had been sitting their for hours. My fiancé started eating his chicken tenders & felt something weird in his mouth. He stopped eating & looked at the chicken realizing it was RAW!!! He already had ate one of them & I guess he didn't realize it was raw. We checked his other pieces of chicken & sure enough they were raw too! We ended up turning back around. He took his chicken basket back inside & showed one of the employees at the counter. Although they did give him another chicken basket, not one person apologized. The situation should have been addressed to the manager or someone higher up.
