The ice cream was good. The wait was not too long. We went to the Dairy Queen in Crandall last night 7/21/26 around 8:00. There was an older gentleman working the window for the drive through. I was embarrassed for my wife, when we walked in this guy was dropping f bombs all over the place. MF here and there. He was cussing enough to make a sailor blush. Not the first bad order at this site. They've not put meat on a burger, then returned and still no meat. Just no quality in the food unless walk in, which we have done. Delivery is horrible. Chili on chili cheese fry's was black, like they scraped bottom of the pan. Sent complaint online. Plus chili cheese fries with the steak fingers throwed on top. Usually CCF are separate. Stopped at 9:15 on a Sunday night. Great service, burger tasted delicious. Tacos tasted delicious. Fries were okay.

Very rude workers, melted ice cream, drinks taste like sewage... what more can I say.... People probably still go here because it's the only ice cream place in town. This particular day I went for ice cream, the workers were snappy .. the worker did the flip over thing they do to make sure the ice cream isn't melted and the ice cream was melted and ran out the cup. I stated i wanted a refund the guy slammed the window and got a tattooed individual, that then asked what's wrong with the blizzard, I informed him that it was runny. He then says you don't want napkins , I said I want my money back. I won't be back at this location. The workers are also very un kept , yellow teeth etc. not to be mean but DQ at this location should take pride in their appearance. read more

Food was disgusting. Place was SUPER filthy. Workers don't care. Kitchen is visible so floor was so DIRTY. Workers were a bunch of teens. This place was horrible everytime I drive by I think about how nasty that place was. read more

The cleanliness was horrendous!! Smelt like urine back by the bathrooms very fowl smell. Bathrooms were absolutely disgusting. An to top it off the floors were sticky. I had already lost my appetite. But the service was quick and fast. read more

I barely moved to Crandall and I honestly wanted to give this store a try knowing everyday I been seeing it be full of people. I wanted to give my first time a try now it's my last time, over how disrespectful the employees were to me instead of not helping me out fixing my correction of my order instead giving me a attitude making me sound like a fool. I went by the restaurant around 6:00pm. And there was no one in line at the drive thru. I didn't have to wait too long to order, nor receive my order so that was a plus. I ordered three kids meals, a #4 and a #1 combo, with special instructions on each meal. The #1 had very little lettuce, though I didn't ask for them for "Easy or Light Lettuce". The food was cold. The burgers were served room-temp, the fries were greasy and tasted like it was sitting in the holding tray for a while. The food was definitely underwhelming at this location. read more

By far the worst location around. Employees are always rude and they want to upcharge you for everything. The food from the kitchen is usually cold by the time they make you wait for it you would think it would be at least fresh. We have had many problems and complaints about this location so now we drive the extra 30 mins if we want DQ. read more

Cold overcooked chicken tenders. Flies everywhere and preteen boys climbing on and over the booths chasing flies. The young lady that brought out my food pretty much just dropped the filthy tray on the table and walked away. I threw my food away and left. read more

The ice cream is the best thing about this location unfortunately. The employees are helpful and great, but the food is lacking.

My family and I went in 20 minuets before closing. I hate doing that but we were on the road home. The employees were all so nice and made sure our food was fresh and hot. Its nice to be treated well in a fast food restaurant. read more

If I could give it less, I would. Granted the 99 cent drink specials in the afternoon are great (competing with Sonic) but the lack of cleanliness, stale smell and food poisoning I received, heavily outweigh the savings. I'm still a fan of the occasional Dilly Bar or Blizzard but food is not their specialty by any means. read more

Me, my daughter and two grandchildren were there yesterday after school. Ruined a perfectly good day. The girl taking orders at the counter acted like we were imposing upon her and when I asked her if she was having a bad day, she just stared at me, then I jokingly said she should smile and she just continued to stare at me. She didn't thank us for our order, or invite us back or anything. Bad employees can ruin a business and this particular DQ has a lot of senior citizens who go there. Seniors, just like everyone wants to be made to feel welcomed and appreciated for their business. The young man who delivered our food to our table was polite and courteous. Too bad he was not the first person we encountered. When choosing where I want to go to spend my money, I choose the place that makes me feel good. Sorry DQ, it's not at this location! Plus when not busy, they should be cleaning the dirty tables around us instead of talking on their cell phones. The french fries were hot...and the coney was good. The service was very friendly. The food was a little more expensive than expected. There were some flies in there but I don't think that can be helped since the doors are open often. The chili cheese fries were great. The double cheeseburger was ok. Overall it was not bad, just a little pricey. read more
