if I could put 0 stars I would. They were very rude didn't want to take more order nor give me my order but proceed to take other peoples order. They had me waiting there for several minutes. read more

Good deal on double quarter pound cheeseburger, $1.99, wow! Fast service, just what we ordered.

Great lil place...visit daily for my dr pepper fix. Great customer service... Close to home

if i could leave no stars i would. ive never eaten from here but i just went to pick up a doordash at 10:55. i understand thats 5 minutes before they close, but im not the one who placed the order. im just the middle man. well i pull up and the lady very rudely says "were closed" so i asked "do you have the doordash fo-" and she cut me off and said "no we dont have a good night" i will never get food from this place. they wasted my time, lost me my order which cost me money, wasted my gas, as well as the customers time and money, all to close 5 minutes early. ive been a fast food manager and its really not that serious. do better. read more

Terrible service. Ordered a sonic blast 2 times and have yet actually gotten a good mixed blast. Coke on! It's Sonic for gosh sake. The first blast had plain vanilla ice cream half way with the Oreo portion barely on the top. This time around it's all vanilla ice with a such small amount of Oreos that it still taste like plain vanilla. Do better. read more

Didnt expect to get such great customer service at 10pm on a Thursday night. Thanks Haley, and burger and fries were delicious !

Whoever made my grilled cheese actually cared and it shows! By far the best Sonic I've been to!! Keep up the good work read more

Sonic Drive-In - Grilled cheese add bacon bread toasted perfectly and crispy bacon - Burgers Near Me - Talty, Texas

Second time coming to this location. Cece took my order and she was prompt, sweet, and helpful. Great service.

Me and my coworkers were outside at 7 am. They had 4 employees, including a manager who looked at us after we pressed the button numerous times. One employee even brought someone a drink out to a stall and looked at us and walk inside and turned the call button off. We stood there for 15 minutes. They never answered the call button but were taking the orders of the 2 cars they came through drive thru. They could have said something. But instead, they ignored us. Crappy service and poor manager skills. If I could give zero stars then I would. read more

Ordered a Sonic burger with mayo, tomatoes, and pickles and got a burger with mustard, onions, pickles and ketchup, my daughter ordered the 2 for $5 cheeseburgers and got one without cheese, I called them up and the guy I spoke with didnt even seem to care there was an issue and didnt even attempt to make it right, the sonic in Talty off of 1641 next to the Exxon is awful... read more

This Sonic location constantly gets orders wrong. Last night was the final straw where I now have to mention it. We ordered 2 foot long Conies. 1 of them was actually a foot long dog which tasted fine and the other one was 2 regular size hot dogs on a foot long bun. On top of that each hot dog was different, one was a smoked hot dog (yeah really) and the other was something totally different. Just awful. The owner or corporate needs to get this place in order. read more

This Sonic can't get orders right and you should some where else. I ordered 2 chicken tender dinner meal(3 piece) and 2 Cherry Limeades, they proceed to charge us. When we get to the window, they give 6 chicken strips; we tell them we asked for meals. After, they asked what we had for drinks and tell us they can't sell carbonated drinks at the moment. Even though they charged us for it. read more

This place absolutely sucks. If I could give 0 stars I would. We live close by and have gone many times. They are ALWAYS out of something. The past two times they said "sorry we're out of ice cream".... seriously?! Sonic needs to fire this management and replace ASAP because clearly they can't even get inventory for ice cream. Smh. Girl bye. read more

Good sonic, fast and friendly. The only issue was having to ask for straw, ketchup, and syrup when it usually should just come with your order. We got a mix of breakfast and lunch so maybe the syrup was forgotten due to that but still I had to go up and ask for it. Besides that, the food was hot and tasted good and again the service was friendly even if a bit forgetful lol. Passing through on a road trip so wont be back but if you live in thr area this is a good sonic! Also try the new custard concrete, they are so good!! read more

Horrible experience. Went though the drive thru while passing through and was ordering a chicken wrap only. Asked for the ranch chicken wrap and asked it I wanted it crispy and I said yes. Then asks me if I want tots or fries so I decide to order them and she says you want chili cheese fries. I asked three times how much more are tots and a drink as a meal. Young girl interepted every odd idea out there so I finally drove away because she couldn't understand me. I'm guessing their speaker/headset is the issue but if it is that bad they better fix it! Don't recommend this location due to poor customer service. read more

Just left here and both orders were wrong. Asked for no tomatoes and got tomatoes. My brother asked for honey BBQ chicken and got Buffalo chicken. When you read the order back to me correctly and still mess it up......get your shit together. 2 stars before my 1 star review. Seems like a trend to me. read more

I've gotten pretty good service from most Sonic restaurants, but the carhops are the cream of the crop at this location. One time I went with my husband as we got our 'usuals' including Route 44 drinks for each of us. About 2 seconds after I handed my husband his drink, he dropped it on the floor board of the car. The end of the tea and a huge mess! I clicked on the intercom and asked if we could have a few more napkins due to the spill... then we got out of the car to take the floor mats out and get the ice out of the car before it melted. The carhop brought us an entire roll of paper towels and a replacement tea! It was over and beyond... then she started helping us clean out the car. I kept thanking her and telling her she didn't have to help, but she said she wanted to. It's employees like her that make a business successful. I've always gotten superb and accurate service at this location. read more

Where do I start? This place has NEVER gotten my order right. Just order any random thing on the menu and you'll have a better chance of getting something you might actually want. My last trip I asked for a hamburger with just the vegetables, no sauce, no cheese. Silly me, I didn't realize I needed to tell them I wanted the meat. That's right..I got a bun and lettuce. Seriously? And the people that work here are so unbelievably rude. You can't have crappy food, crappy service and crappy people. Pick one. read more

Worse Sonic on the planet. Never gets orders correct. Told me the other day that they never had this chicken sandwich which I have ordered a dozen times. Idiots at window thought everything was so funny when I argued with them. Place should hire better employees. Avoid it. read more

Slowest Sonic I've ever been to. Sitting in the drive thru for a large tea for 6 minutes. They won't bring it out to you so you can pay and go. You have to wait for the vehicle in front of you that ordered dinner for 6 people to get their complicated order read more

The lady rushed me through my order and barked at me at each item I ordered. Now I'm waiting here like its a sit down restaurant. Now they brought the food out and it's wrong. read more

Literally I've never so appalled in my life. I went through the drive thru and got yelled at by the "manager." I repeated my order because I thought she didn't hear me, and she literally yelled at me to stop talking. Never will I go back again. read more

EVERY time we go here, its almost garuanteed they mess up your order or give me the wrong order. We just moved here and other than drinks we never order here anymore. We go across town (further from our home) to the other one because they never mess up our food order. read more

They always get my food order wrong. Management is rude and says owner said to give less ice cream and toppings on sundaes to cut cost. So the ice cream sundaes are extremely small. The only manager that was worth a dorn and cared about the customers they ran off obviously. Her name was Lori. Hope you have a better experience. read more
