Placed a mobile order. Super easy- pulled up to the stall and entered the stall number on the app. Didn't take to long for the order to come out. I used a reward for free buffalo chicken dip bites. They are pretty good dipped in ranch. Drinks were great, too. AND 1/2 off in the app. read more

Nice place to stop by and order food along the way to your final destination. Has normal menu items as well as local popular items like pickle fries. Customer service is good and you can you use your app to order ahead. Easy to get to from highway. ENJOY! read more

Stopped by here while passing through town after getting in on a late flight from DFW. Service was prompt and friendly, the onion rings were hot and crispy, and everything was as I ordered it. There are good fast food locations and bad ones, but this one is defiantly in the latter category. read more

This is THE BEST SONIC I've ever been to! Always friendly and food is spot on. Not sure why they don't do skating carhops, but it doesn't bother me. Plenty of outside seating if you're walking up. I do have to say I am a sucker for their drinks! Hands down the BEST place for a cold drink!! read more

I have been going to Sonic drive-in for over 28 years here in Seagoville Texas and never have I ever been treated so rudely all because I was told through the manager on Sun November 10,2019 that I would receive a credit of $1.62 on my account by Wednesday at which I thought that was unusual after owning a company For over 12 years and when I closed out at night we automatically had to put through our credits at the end of the close out and tallying our drawers but I also managed several other stores before purchasing mine but she said in order to receive a credit I would receive it in 3 days it would be credited back to my account however I blew that off because she was after all very nice to me but today is another story OMG! It didn't come from the manager it came from a rude employee and I really don't care what his position was he was still extremely rude! I called to find out about that credit I was supposed to have gotten and when I first got on the phone with a girl Who stated she was the manager at which she was not I knew the managers voice and I knew her name was Marie she told me that she would give me the $1.62 credit but clearly not thinking I automatically hung up and by not thinking about giving her my information so I called back in to find out how she could give me $1.62 credit when she didn't know who I was or my name or anything so this time I spoke to a boy because surely a man would have enough respect not to talk to anyone that way He Was extremely rude and Jumped back at me harshly several times all because I questioned about a statement that he said to me saying well if you come up here we can give you that $1.62 credit because the manager never mentioned this and I said well if that's the case why didn't your manager explained that to me in the beginning on Sunday but by this time not only did he start raising his voice louder and going off on me but he said to me and being the person I am I took control of the situation and just hung I do not have time or the patience to deal with somebody who surely should not be in Customer service acting like this and no matter if I was in the wrong or not he had no right to be rude but at this point I decided you know what I'm not going to deal with his rude self But I will never be spoken rudely to like that from anyone Raising their voice to me all because I question something that the manager said to me on Sunday there is a way to go about it and this was totally wrong but I will never ever go back to this sonic and I've been going there not only for drinks for the past 28 years but for breakfast lunches and dinners many times in the past! I can't comment on the rest of the food, but the shakes here are AWFUL. Every time I get a shake here it's really watery and has absolutely no thickness at all. It's like you're drinking milk. I will never be getting a shake here ever again. read more

And instead of fixing it they will argue just so they don't have to fix it and take ownership of their mistake. They are as bad as McDonald's. I would give this review 0 stars (as another reviewer stated previously). I just went there and asked for a chocolate chip shake (which is not on their menu, but this location as well as every other location I've ordered this item at has made) and the woman stated that they didn't have that and wouldn't make it. I immediately got frustrated because this location always has attitude and gives me a hard time. She proceeded to say "EXCUSE ME???" as I told her that they have made it for me before. She then said that she "didn't know who was making it" and that they "were not supposed to". I told her to just forget it and drove to another Sonic down the highway where they were extremely friendly and more than willing to make the milkshake without any hesitation. I will no longer go to this location and do not recommend it to anyone else. read more

my boyfriend and I just moved from Detroit to Seagoville, so we wanted to stick with something familiar like sonic. the cheeseburger patties were as hard as hockey pucks, so we asked for fresh cheeseburgers considering ours were obviously old. we waited another 20 minutes until we went to the window to see how long the wait would be, when the cook came out to say that he had forgotten to remake our food. about 5 minutes after that, the manager came out and asked if we had our receipt, which the girl that dropped off our food never gave us, and proceeded to pretty much tell us we were trying to scam her. then about another 15 minutes later after arguing about the overall service and asking for our money back instead of the food, the manager gave us back $4 on two cheeseburgers and proceeded to tell us that we were rude, after forgetting to remake food and then treating us like we were liars after we had clearly been sitting in the same spot for exactly 50 minutes (we timed it). while we were waiting on our order, we also noticed a blonde hair in our tater tots. needless to say we will never come to this location again even though it is literally less than a half of a mile from our house. the night shift is very unprofessional when it comes to service complaints, especially the female manager. i wish i could leave negative stars on this rating. read more
