Also, if you add a flavor, like vanilla, you get a good amount of that. Food here is pretty well what you expect from Sonic. My favorite is still their chicken nuggets. So, if you're on the road, headed waaaay up north on US 59 or heading waaaay down into Texas on US 59, stop at this Sonic for a vanilla coke and a burger. You will leave with a happy tummy.

Used the call button to inquire about our order and received no verbal response from inside. Very quickly though our order appeared. The car hop handed us our order without a smile or a word and then walked off. The fries were cold and the fry containers were not full. I understand that it was busy and mistakes sometimes get made, but not to apologize or make any effort to make it right. Is inexcusable. It is immature and not a sign of a business that cares about its customers, their experience, or their return business. Very disappointed in Sonic!

It was pretty quiet for a Wednesday, so they didn't have a full staff on, but service didn't suffer at all--our food came out quick and fresh. We ordered a Monte Cristo, fajita quesadillas, bacon cheese fries, sweet potato fries, mini corn dogs for the kids, plus a birthday cake and a chocolate shake. The bacon cheese fries looked incredible but didn't quite live up to the hype. I wanted the cheese to be more melty but it was pretty dry. Everything else, though, was excellent. The fresh-cut fries were hot and crispy, the Monte Cristo was top notch, and the quesadillas disappeared before I even had a chance to grab a picture. Overall, a great stop if you're passing through--especially if you're craving something fresh and made-to-order. Solid 4 out of 5 stars.

The owners have designed a really creative and novel approach to their restaurant, tying their theme into the local football team and high school in a classy down home way. Not all small town joints can pull this off. Highly recommend!
