Easily eaten with tortillas but he enjoyed just eating it with a fork. He said it was very rich but delicious!!! They use a good quality flour tortilla but it is not homemade. I was the lucky one! My relleno came with corn tortillas per my request and they were homemade indeed and yes absolutely divine! The Red sauce had a lot of heat to it so I ended up saving it for when I get home so I have plenty of beverages should it be as hot as the first bite felt! It was sure delicious! The taquitos-Which is my name for them, (they are calling them Flautas,but in my opinion they were rolled small and tight and stuffed with delicious seasoned chicken. Had red and green sauce that accompanied them for dipping. Also had some shredded lettuce and then in a couple of thin slices of tomato and sour cream.
