Okay people if you're from TEXAS and you like home style burgers you know the one place you need to go is WHATABURGER!!! The one in Atlanta TX has the best burgers between the other two places in Texarkana TX . The staff are an amazing bunch of people and the service is awesome. If you go through the drive thru and don't check every single item, you will not get everything you ordered. The manager apparently doesn't have any customer service experience either. He offered "free food" and when I said you mean the food I already purchased, all I heard was silence... cricket cricket. My order wasn't complicated and if they could have counted to two, I might have received everything that I purchased. But that's not the case with these employees. This is the second time my order has had missing items. Make sure you get your receipt because they don't always offer it. I'm not sure if the cashier, Antoniana, is responsible for verifying the order is correct but someone needs additional training. read more

I was driving on my way to Houston for a week at MD Anderson. My day started off with driving through a blizzard through Illinois, a deluge of rain. In Arkansas and I kept on driving until I got to Atlanta, Texas. I survived on two bananas and a cup of coffee until I got to Atlanta Texas. Decided to make some time. Kolby Davis, a very motivated manager with a wonderful personality served me up a triple and jumbo fries. I bug bomb all the hotels I stay at since I got stuck at a HoJo's in Augusta for the Masters in 1992. And there were roaches there. The travel agent booked the holiday in at Augusta, Maine. You're burger was excellent, fries wonderful and I watched how you keep your store clean, organized, and how you treat your staff as well as your customer service. I've had good service here until last weekend. I ordered my food online and it still took over 15 minutes to get it Saturday the 21st. I went back Sunday night the 22nd. and it took three time to get my order correct. I went back in the first time to get it fixed and couldn't get anybody to the counter. I had to holler two times for someone in the back to answer and they said they're busy it will be just a minute. read more

Me and my girlfriend places separate mobile orders. They lost my mobile order, was told to pull over and somebody would bring it out. 15 minutes later I went back and checked and they said they lost it but would remake it. After getting my order, my girlfriend opens up her burger so we can eat and it is completely wrong. So now we have to go back in and have them remake hers as well. Their mistakes cost us over 30 minutes on our road trip. I get they were busy due to .75 cent Whataburger day, but it was really poor performance on their end and they didn't even offer to comp our meal or give us a coupon. read more

This Whataburger brings a well loved franchise to a small town of Atlanta Texas and what can I say whataburger hit the mark of this location! Clean nice staff, opening day was very busy and the staff managed to take orders and have my food out to my table in under 10 mins! Incredible work as there was 8 ppl waiting in dine in and about 20 cars in the drive thru. I hope that it maintains this speed and cleanliness thru the coming months. Food was great and on par with the great food of whataburger. Cons of this location is that the dinning room is very very small and feels cramped and tight for people to walk around. And in a time if COVID you would think the tables and walk spaces would be 6ft apart friendly but they are not at all. Other then that this location is a good whataburger and definitely a great spot to grab lunch while getting your gas. read more
