Tonight, I found out they have a small place in Avinger, TX right off Main Street/Hwy 49. Their pizza is so fresh, with amazing flavors to choose from. Simply put, there is nothing this restaurant makes that is just simply delicious! If you are living in the Hwy 155/Hwy 49/FM 729 area, this place is for you. They do deliver to around Dalton's Corner, so what's not to like huh? The owners and staff are super friendly, and we are ecstatic that they are literally 10 minutes away now. HIGHLY recommended!

Very lovely area - so we were excited to give this a try. Everything here was pretty good, fresh, and flavorful. The service was attentive and provided good recommendations. I liked the caprese with mozzarella, but my husband didn't like the basil. I wish it had a little more balsamic and olive oil, but a pinch of salt really brings it all together. Coming from an Italian family, I wouldn't get the meatball sub again. My husband loved it, but I didn't like the meatball's taste or texture. It is a big portion though so it's a good value if you're not picky about meatballs. The real reason we come is for the pizza. It's so good! The crust is crispy and garlicky, the cheese is melty, the Italian sauce has that classic fresh and acidic touch, and it's so flavorful. We drive almost 40 minutes just for this pizza. It's definitely worth the try!

However, wouldn't you know it????? We get back to the room and are not in the least bit hungry!!!! But all was not lost. We brought our pizza and wings and heated them back up in our trusty air fryer and the food was good as new! We chose to order two of the 8" pizzas with one El Diablo and one Popeye. We also ordered 12 wings and chose General Tso and Jamaican Jerk sauces for the wings. Everything that we ordered was so good. I really like the idea of the 8" pizzas because it helps me with portion control. I am not sure why I ever think a 20" pizza should be split between two people; but I digress. Seems better to me to have two 8" pizzas with two flavors than having a larger pizza with half and half flavors. The service is counterservice but a sweet lady did actually bring our items to us where we were waiting so that was nice. I enjoyed the decor.
