My daughter is a huge fan of the Happy Face Sundae. The servers are always great with taking their time to perfect the happy face. My favorite is the Bourbon Praline Pecan which is not always available, but is super amazing! I honestly don't think you could go wrong with any of their offerings. I tasted a bit of hers and it had a coconut-like base flavor to it that reminded me of a mild flavored egg nog and very much like kahlúa in the base. I am not a fan of caramel but I am very much a fan of kahlúa, therefore a fan of the caramel flavored icecream. The counter staffer states they make the icecream in-house. It would explain the partially melted look to the tops of some of the ice cream. Homemade ice-cream when I was a child always had the same melty texture.
