To my disappointment, the great flood was coming out of the bottom of the bottle. I was told it was going to be a two week turnaround and unfortunately I was going to be leaving out of town for two months. Upon my arrival back to the store.... I had asked if I could exchange the water bottle for other items in the store, but because the manager was not on location one of the service team members called her. This woman is truly the worst person I have ever talked to on the telephone!!!!!!! She was not willing to exchange the product, she was not willing to do a refund while I was in the store and she had mentioned that she wouldn't be there until Tuesday of the following week where she wouldn't be able to do anything until then. So gracefully, I told her I would pay for the items in cash that I had picked out while I was in there and would she be able to do a refund or a credit on Tuesday when she comes in? She angrily and aggressively replied no! I can repair the product and you can come pick it up when you return home in two months. I will never be returning to the store again!!! I don't care how nice your stuff looks. If you sell somebody a defective product and you have a returning client you should attend to their needs and wants to ensure that they remain a return client. Shame! If I were the owners of that business I'd give her the fucking boot as fast as possible!!

Leila was recommended to me by a mutual friend, and the custom outfit she made for me for 2019's Diner en Blanc Indianapolis event (pictured) was fabulous! As it was my first time having anything custom designed for me -- not even my wedding dress was custom! -- I wasn't sure how the process would go or what look I even wanted. Throughout our multiple sessions, from brainstorming to mockup to final piece, Leila often could tell by my body language if something about our work-in-progress just wasn't 100% right yet and would work with me until it met my (and her) expectations. She's great at communication and was eager to help me understand different fabrics, how they feel and how much they cost so I could get an outfit within my price range. She also listened to my wishlist and made the outfit in 2 pieces so I could get more mileage out of it later. I worked with the wonderful Mary Grace, and let me tell you, she is amazing!!! She initially went off my inspiration photos and then tailored her selections for me based off my feedback and body language. I was surprised to see what I eventually gravitated towards. With her I figure out I liked modern elegant shapes that complimented my body, and omg were her selections serving body! (I've included photos of the runner up dress.) She was so sweet and patient and even wanted to see pics of the dress I eventually chose. I needed alterations done…read moreon two Santa suits -- yes, I'm Santa -- and while the final work turned out great, the overall experience was frustrating. The quality of the alterations was excellent once they were finally completed, but the lack of communication throughout the process was disappointing.. Calls and messages often went unanswered, timelines kept changing, and there were a lot of excuses along the way. I understand that things come up, but professionalism means keeping customers informed and following through on commitments. I can't stress enough; the job itself was done very very well (hence why I gave two stars and not just one) but it shouldn't take that much effort to get basic updates, clarity and most of all, a time to pick up the finished work. If you're looking for quality workmanship and don't mind chasing updates or waiting longer than promised, this might work for you. But if communication, reliability, and professionalism matter to you as much as the finished product, you may want to look elsewhere.

She stated I needed synthetic braiding hair also.. she installed and my hair had to be cut washed within 24 hrs becuase of itching. She didn't trim excess hair off when adding the boho hair. And don't trim the hair at all after. She rushed out the ship after and this was a 5 hours ordeal. My hair the boho has almost all fallen out in clumps and I notified the owner Fatima and she blocked me and didn't respond. I will not be back to this shop and I have been coming here for years but they only care about money and not the quality they are doing. My last visit had an incident with people arguing with guns. I'm over it I don't ont be back. With me being my hair my style was 200.00 also want to charge a card fee for credit cards and debit cards when Indiana makes debit cards off limits. It is generally illegal for businesses in Indiana to charge a surcharge fee for using a debit card, as they are protected under federal law (Durbin Amendment) and card network rules. While merchants can charge fees for credit cards, they cannot do so for debit transactions, although some businesses mistakenly or unlawfully do so
