The store definitely smelled stale, but some of the items were clearly new. The style of clothing was outdated, in my opinion, but they did have a nice selection of shoes. The main issue that I had was that the used, non-designer shoes were overpriced. I didn't see anything under $29.90. The staff didn't acknowledge us on our way in or on our way out. When I approached the counter, the woman said, "it's been ready for a while". I said, no one told me and you knew I was waiting. Zero response. I thought it was really rude and annoying. The store is clean and there is a good selection. Not many larger sizes, as I also shop for a family member.
