They don't call your name when they're done assessing your items; they want you to keep shopping. They jot your name on a whiteboard and once you notice it's there, you can head up to wait in line to talk to them. I tried a few things on while waiting, ended up getting a small wristlet even though they sent me home with the bag I had brought in.
