Super thorough, answered all my questions, and gave helpful feedback. The procedure itself was painless. They applied numbing cream beforehand and walked me through each step, which made the whole experience really comfortable. One thing to note, there is a $35 consultation fee that I didn't realize until checkout. That said, not a big deal. Well worth it! Overall, the staff were friendly, professional, and made the whole process easy. I'd definitely come back!!

It was the first dermatology spot that accepted appointments soon so I decided to make one. When I called, I explained I have 2 Stys on my eyelid that I need removed. I told them them that I mentioned over the phone it was for 2 Stys that I need removed because they are bothering my eyelid. They said it will be an out of pocket charge. I already had paid for a copay at this point. I demanded a cancellation of my appointment and refund of my copay then and there. I was extremely frustrated and upset because: 1. They did not listen to me over the phone 2. I drove all the way out here to an appointment that was not even what I needed 3. I could of been told over the phone that the sty removal is not covered by insurance at THIS specific office. This wasted my time, and theirs. I do not recommend this spot for dermatology needs. I went to another dermatology doctor and it was 100% covered by insurance (just had to pay for the copay out of pocket).
