I purchased a service through Groupon and immediately ran into issues. First, when I booked my appointment online, I was charged an additional $4.50 booking fee that was not clearly disclosed upfront. That was my first red flag. Shortly after booking, I received a call informing me that I needed to complete an evaluation form that would cost an additional $35 because it was "not included" in the Groupon price. I was told that if I did not pay for and complete this evaluation, they would not be able to proceed with my appointment. Again, this was an unexpected extra charge. The customer service experience was even worse. The receptionist called asking me to move my appointment to an earlier time. I explained that I could not because of traffic and that the reason I selected my appointment time was to ensure I could arrive on time. Despite explaining this multiple times, she repeatedly questioned whether I would be able to make my original appointment due to traffic and continued lecturing me about their 15-minute late policy and an $80 no-show fee. When I pointed out that their paperwork referenced a different cancellation fee, she became dismissive and implied that I did not know how to read the forms or the Groupon fine print. The conversation felt rude, condescending, and completely unprofessional. To make matters worse, the receptionist repeatedly pretended she could not understand me and made comments that suggested my accent was the issue. I have lived in this country for over 25 years and had no difficulty communicating. It felt disrespectful and unnecessary. Between the unexpected fees, confusing policies, and poor customer service, this was one of the most frustrating experiences I have had before even setting foot in the facility. read more

**0/5 stars -- I will not be going back.** FEELS SKETCHY. I had a very disappointing experience from start to finish. I paid $35 for a consultation/exam in good faith, but it did not feel like the information was actually reviewed. When I arrived, neither the front desk staff nor the injector seemed to know why I was there- kept mentioning groupon? which I hadn't purchased... which immediately felt unprofessional. I then waited approximately **30 minutes** for the injector to come into the room, only for her to ask me many of the same questions I had already been asked beforehand. We discussed doing approximately **150 units**, and I ultimately received **167 units**. For comparison, at the previous place I went to, I had only received **106 units**, did not need a touch-up, and was extremely happy with the results. Unfortunately, that provider isn't local, which is why I decided to try this place. Despite receiving significantly more units here -- and spending approximately **$200 more** -- I was extremely disappointed with the results. A large portion of the treatment was in my forehead, and I could barely tell that I had received the treatment at all. The results were not what I expected given the amount I paid and the number of units used. I came back for a follow-up appointment and, once again, waited approximately **30 minutes**. There was also confusion among the staff, and I was not even seen by the same injector who performed my original treatment. Overall, the entire experience felt disorganized and unprofessional. I left feeling like I spent a significant amount of money without getting the results or level of service I expected. **I will not be returning and would not personally trust this office with future treatments.** read more

I honestly can't say enough good things! I recently had Morpheus8 with PRP, and the entire experience was seamless. I have some underlying health concerns, so the RN Caroline and assistant who did my consultation was incredibly thorough. She took the time to go over everything in detail, answered all of my questions, and made me feel completely comfortable with the appointment. I never felt rushed or brushed off, which is very nice. Caroline was amazing! Not only was she knowledgeable and professional, but she was also very personable with an impressive ER background. She kept me laughing and relaxed throughout the appointment, which made the process easier to tolerate despite the (semi)invasive Morpheus8. The entire staff was genuinely kind, welcoming, and attentive from the front desk to the peocedure to the checkout. I think it might be new, but it's so awesome. The location was super easy to find, the parking was convenient, and the area felt safe and walkable. If you're considering Morpheus8 with PRP (or other service they offer), I highly recommend coming here. The level of care, professionalism, and personal attention I received was outstanding. I booked a Sculptra appointment through Groupon, and honestly, the pricing alone made it worth checking out. After purchasing, I called them to get everything scheduled. They also text over forms ahead of time, which makes check-in smooth so you can go straight into your appointment without waiting around. Just a heads up, they do have an $80 cancellation fee if you cancel within 24 hours, which is pretty standard. I worked with Daniel (pretty sure that was his name), and he was great. Super thorough, answered all my questions, and gave helpful feedback. The procedure itself was painless. They applied numbing cream beforehand and walked me through each step, which made the whole experience really comfortable. One thing to note, there is a $35 consultation fee that I didn't realize until checkout. That said, not a big deal. Well worth it! Since I believe reviews should be honest and helpful to other customers, I left a 3-star review based on my first visit, which I felt was average overall. Apparently, that review was not good enough for them. I was told my review did not meet their expectations, and they refused to honor my Groupon. That left me wondering how many of their positive reviews are truly voluntary and how many are influenced by management expectations. One of the reasons I originally gave 3 stars was that I did not find the owner particularly pleasant or welcoming.
