I have been going to various SD Botox locations for over 10 years with consistent results from Botox and facials. I've mostly seen Dr. Roher, as I tend to trust physicians more when doing facial procedures. However, I had my Botox injections by Tori recently and had absolutely no bruising- which is really rare considering I am on a blood thinner and bruise easily. She was previously an ER nurse with lots of experience. She made me feel comfortable during the procedure and was great to chat with. read more

**I had gotten lip filler at 2 different places prior to coming here and had just a little bit of migration/asymmetry from BEFORE here- I have genetically always had an asymmetrical cupid's bow fyi.** My injector, Nicole let me know there is a bit of asymmetry that can be fixed. She followed the ratios i asked for & everything really well- and when we had that first appt she said it may be a bit uneven but want to play it safe with taking swelling into factor- we talked about how it's easier to start w/ less and then let it heal and see how it turns out and then come back for correction rather than overfill! After it healed I realized there still needed to be a little touch-up just in one area to even out the lips more. I made an appt asking for a correction and they got me in that week, I just left today and she corrected the little spot free of charge- and now i'm SO HAPPY with how they turned out!! (it was just the one spot needed a bit more filler) and I do not blame her for that- It can be a process and some things aren't fully apparent until you give it ~1month at least to heal! Looking back I think she played the cards right by playing it safe What does matter is that Nicole fully addressed all my concerns and let me know It's totally ok to want a touch-up/correction and to let her know if I need anything! The customer service was unmatched compared to where I went before (NakedMD which I do not recommend) I recommend SD Botox to everyone, it was painless comfortable, and they were honest with what they think I should do + addressing my concerns and working with me so well!! The fact that they acknowledged the asymmetry in the filler and were happy to correct it after i healed with no arguing, i didn't feel bad like i had to present my case or anything, they just got straight to it and she was like "No problem, let's fix that right up!" I really appreciated that!!! also, i don't have any good photos but the day I got the filler my lips were SOOOO swollen, you can kinda see in the video my family kept looking at me like "wtf did you do" and i kept having to remind them they're swollen and won't look like this permanently sure enough it's true, they look super pretty now & just for your peace of mind, trust the process and they WILL SWELL UP AT FIRST!! I will be coming back :) and this is a reminder also to TRUST THE PROCESS!! read more

I absolutely love coming to us the botox for my beauty needs. Tori is my go-to girl for laser hair removal. She works at the Pacific Beach location. She makes you feel comfortable and have it be painless as possible. I've also had her do my botox as well. She's quick and efficient. For parking there is a very small lot there But lots of street parking. I feel this is a more pricey place than others to get BOTOX and Laser done but the results are great so that's why I continue to stick with them. read more
