Look, Jessica is a lovely individual and amazingly eloquent. But I would not recommend her as a provider for multiple reasons: A. I had to tell her that her retinol product she was charging $150 for was not prescription strength. She literally did not know this very basic derm info and that says a lot. B. She delivered a beautiful speech ti me once- on how she believes in derm treatment without pain and then about 10 minutes later gave me a PDO that felt like it pierced my forehead with a knife. AND I ended up with pain around my right eye for approx 1.5 months post treatment. C. She had an intern who had never done a PDO thread before and she said to her- go ahead, try it, as the intern stood next to me, kind of nervous. I had to say a couple of times- I really want you to do it, Jessica. And then she said of course of course, I want you to feel comfortable. D. When you get there, you text her and she's supposed to bring you in. I texted her and then waited almost 45 min. When she came to open the door for someone else, I said Jessica, I've been waiting. And she said, well you have to text me. I said I did and she sat down next to me said oh don't worry, things happen you know? My tech has been acting up, etc etc E. This is just a side note but...She's getting business support from Richard Branson who flew to Epstein Island multiple times. :-( However, her branding/marketing is flawless and she and her offices are bright and shiny. Big win already. From the moment I walked in, I was impressed. One of the nurses greeted me and gave me a complimentary mini facial that felt like an actual dream. Her hands were pure magic--at that point, I knew I'd probably end up buying everything they had. When I finally met Jessica (yes, the one with the social media clout), it honestly felt like meeting a celebrity. But let me tell you: her online presence definitely matches her real-life skills. She had such a calming, welcoming energy. I always get a little nervous before getting neurotoxin, but her soothing voice and professionalism immediately put me at ease. She gave me a super informative rundown on the different types of neurotoxin. I usually go for Xeomin or occasionally Dysport, but this time she recommended trying a new one to me called Jeuveau. I trusted her judgment because she took the time to explain the differences and what works best for each area. She even applied a clear SPF lip gloss that felt heavenly--smooth, plumping (without that spicy "I-just-ate-a-habanero" sensation), and honestly, I'd go back just for that. I ended up purchasing it and I use it daily. I ended up signing up for their Citrus Club because it's actually worth it. It's not one of those "pay a fee to be a part of something" deals. The $99/month goes toward treatments plus you get discounts--so it made total sense for me. She used around 40 units on me and now, two and a half weeks later, I'm SNATCHED. I love a subtle eyebrow lift that doesn't look frozen but gives you that baddie energy--and that's exactly what I got. Pricing was maybe a tiny bit higher than what I usually pay in L.A. (by like a dollar or two per unit), but honestly? Worth it. Her expertise, care, and attention to detail made it worth every penny. Bonus: I've already booked my facial for next month. I'd recommend her for any treatment. She's confident, skilled, takes her time (no rushing!), and above all, she just comes across as a genuine, honest provider--something I truly value in both aesthetic and medical care. Jessica is seriously amazing. I first went to her about a year ago wanting cheek filler, but she walked me through a full facial balancing plan instead. The results were super subtle -- nothing dramatic or obvious -- but I looked more refreshed and just better. She has a great eye and is so precise. She also had me dissolve my old lip filler before doing anything new, which felt a little intense at the time, but I get it now -- she really cares about doing things right. My lips look great and more natural than they ever have. But where she really blew me away was my liquid rhinoplasty. She KILLED it. I've been seeing Jessica for tox treatments regularly for quite some time. She's always warm, approachable, enthusiastic and knowledgeable. She is incredibly attentive asking you what your goals are while making suggestions that improve the outcome of every visit. This time around I decided to add lip filler to my visit, and so far I'm very satisfied with the results. Mind you, it's only been less than 24 hours so there will be a follow up review in a few weeks. What I can say right now is how she was super enthusiastic about doing the procedure and that really boosted my confidence and comfort level in terms of getting the procedure done. I had received lip injections only one time before, and it was many years ago, and I didn't really see a noticeable fullness in my lips, so I was skeptical and hadn't done the procedure since. Jessica spent an ample amount of time carefully layering the injections to build volume in my tiny little lips. I'll be the first one to tell you that I have the tiniest little bee stung lips, and I can only imagine how challenging that would be for any professional injector, but Jessica didn't skip a beat. We were both pretty darn excited when she finished and I had never had such a pretty pout! I'm very excited to see the end result as it transforms over the next week or so, and plan to schedule a follow up visit so she can see the results. I have a few more procedures I would like to try and I wouldn't trust anyone but Jessica to do it; I cannot recommend her enough.
