We have never been experienced this kind of precise color match during past 20+ years with dentists so we're a bit surprised. Dr Liu is very detail oriented. Long overdue! Been seeing Dr. Hu for over 10 years (since she did my braces). She is very detailed and careful and provides great care for her patients. She thought of great solutions to tackle my braces. I still go to her today for my teeth cleaning. Since my experience with Dr.Hu went well, my whole family has had experience with Dr.Hu and Dr.Liu for teeth cleaning, as well as more major procedures (for my dad). Since COVID, they have taken extra precautions and questionnaires to help keep the environment safe for themselves and patients. I have Aetna insurance, and don't have issues. not often do you hear people say that they really like their dentist but thats what my friend said when he recommended Dr. Liu to me. now i have the same opinion. He's very professional and patient. He's really good at what he does. He's also very careful too. He AND his receptionists speak both Mandarin and English, which is very helpful as I don't speak Mandarin, thus explanations in English are very important to me. His equipment and his office is very neat, clean, and newly equipped. Another aspect I really like is that he's very understanding about your insurance policy. I had not gone to the dentist in a few years, so I needed a lot done: regular cleaning, deep cleaning, and cavity filling, etc. However, my insurance didn't cover all of it in one year, so he split my cleaning into different sections so that my left side was done at the end of one year and the right side was done in the next year. This is great because that is less money out of pocket for me. I also travel for work so I have to cancel my appointments sometimes, however they are really nice about it and reschedules for a time that is convenient for me. They are also open on a Saturday, which is good. They also call you to remind you about your appointment which is good because sometimes you book months in advance and you forget when it's time. read more

Awesome dentist. When Dr. Liu cleans my teeth, they feel really really sparkly clean. He takes his time to really get all the gunky stuff out and then makes sure everything is clean between the teeth too! Not just the gum line. Dr. Liu is very patient. My wife had not gone to the dentist since 8 years old so she had some work that needed to be done. The Dr. was very good taking care of her immediate pain and laying out a treatment plan. The office staff is really nice and really pays attention for the pocket book of the patient by explaining to me my insurance and how to lay out the treatments. I went to couple dentist before and so far Dr. Liu is the best I ever had. I had my teeth cleaning done w/ Dr Huang, he was very patient and experienced. Later I brought my son and husband in and the female doctor is sooo nice, she was talking to my 5-year son while cleaning his teeth, so that my son didn't get scared of all the machines and cleaning tools. instead of other dentists, he really enjoyed the cleaning at Dr. Liu's. Couple month ago, I got my 4 crowns renewed with Dr. Liu. OMG, at first I thought I need another appointment to have all 4 done, but at the end, I was surprised that Dr. Liu got them all done in 30mins! and all of them were done very nicely so that they are no matching the color of other teeth. Their staff are also very nice, very familiar with the health plan and coverage and they don't push you to do unnecessary stuffs. However, these are the nicest people who will make you feel calm and they are the best at what they do. I have been jumping from dentist to dentist now... So hopefully I have find a dentist that I can proudly called "my dentist". I decide to try Dr. Liu base on a couple of good reviews here on Yelp and because his office is a couple of minute drive from my home. He clean my teeth on my first visit, which I think he did a excellent job. I would said he spend almost one whole hour with me. My previous dentist usually spends 15 minutes with me, while the rest of the time is with their staffs, watching TVs, magazines. The only con is no TV to watch during the procedure, otherwise I am happy with his dental work/skill. So far so good... I'll reserve my final judgement when I have more service done here. read more

This is the first review I have given and i owe it to myself and others to do what is right. . I found Dr. Dai-Chen Liu on Yelp when I recently had some VERY BAD experience with other dentists (Northern Dental Group, in particular.) It is a" Day and Night" experience. Dr. Liu is passionate and takes pride in his work. He is focused on the well being of his patients. Unlike the other Dental Office I have been to, he only recommends what is needed and not a bunch of unnecessary expensive treatment. My first appointment was for a dental cleaning, but I forgot to bring my previous records with me. Dr. Liu gave me another complementary 30min appointment to review my files. He adjusted 2 of my crowns done by another dentist, which has been giving me a lot of problem. I don't hesitate recommending Dr. Liu to any of my friends and relatives. read more
