When we originally purchased my bike from this other company, they sent me my bike with a bad axil. I brought my bike to Colin from Suburban with the axil provided by this online company. The axil was the wrong one. Then I received another axil that was supposed to be the correct one. Again, it was the wrong one! The bike performed well and was so easy and comfortable. Warning... you will want to buy your own when you are done. Bryan was a great guide, clear first timer instruction, very knowledgeable about biking and the area and provided photo and snack stops. The tour takes you through unbelievable terrain and scenic views. Favorite part of the weekend visit, will definitely take future tours.
