I live 3…read more1/2 hours away and was looking for a used car and was promised that the car was in pristine condition and that I wouldn't be sorry for making the drive to purchase. I put a deposit down. I drove 3 1/2 hours only to find that the clearcoat was completely eaten through on a 2023 Honda Civic. Needless to say this car was misrepresented and the dealership literally offered me a bottle of water or a soda for the way home. The manager never came out to address this and the sales rep. Jessica was rude and unhelpful.

It's easy to look good in a smooth transaction, but Dahl Honda really shined in a tough situation. The long version: I brought in my car for a windshield replacement. I wanted a factory windshield with the sound deadening that is part of the Pilot Elite (and not available aftermarket). Their normal contractor wasn't available so in an effort to minimize the time my car was in service, they brought in a different contractor. That third party installer left plastic clips broken, didn't reattach all the trim, reused the gel pad for the safety equipment, and lost the covers for the bolts that hold the wiper blades on. When we looked at the car, I noticed it and Joseph, my service advisor, immediately apologized and said he didn't want it to go out like that. Pete, the service manger, agreed. There was no argument at all. Dahl owned the issue and put me in a loaner while we waited for the parts to come in to fix it. The gel pad is only available with the windshield or with the camera - Honda doesn't sell it separately. Dahl had to buy the whole camera assembly just for the gel pad. They did it without complaint or argument. Honda had parts backordered, so I drove their loaner for just under a month. I couldn't have asked them to do more - they really did everything I could have asked to make it right and minimize the impact on me and my family. I trust them a lot more now after this experience because I know they're going to stand behind their work.

So they helped me to go through the carfax on my Buick Enclave and worked with me to find options that kept me close to my requested monthly payment. HOWEVER...Bought car on Monday, Engine light came on Tuesday. I called to talk to service dept...they suggested I take it to a Buick Dealer. When I pointed out that Dahl was the one who sold me the car and I figured they should take care of it...they were reluctant to comply. I told them I would be in Weds morning and hung up. Later in the evening, I found an appointment set up for 7:30 a.m. for Weds...no effort on their part to make certain this time would work for me. By this time, I had lost complete confidence in Dahl Ford...so I canceled the appointment by phone and went to Clason Buick in LaCrosse this morning. They were happy to run diagnostics which cost me 178.97 which was reasonable.. After all, they hadn't sold me the car. And there was a recall out on airbags..which should have been taken care of by Dahl And the diagnostics showed needed a sensor which will cost me an additional 387,00!! This should all have been taken care of before I ever bought the car. So lesson learned. Dahl doesn't follow through once car is bought and out the door.

Had my vehicle for 2 weeks plus the 6 times I had it in. Gave me a loaner that stunk of cigarettes and rattled as you drove it. Claimed it was all they had. They lied constantly about every issue. This car had issues 3 days after purchase so it was there issue. Filed a BBB complaint and they called me and left a message. I returned the call 11 times but they NEVER called back. Stay away from them they are dishonest!!

It's just how a place should be, and they do it right. I had to go through twice to try and get the bugs off of my car. They did a great job making sure I was attended to. I love how they had people spray off my car and add different solvents to make sure I could try and get the bugs off After the second attempt, AJ met me in the vacuum area to continue wiping off my car. He was extremely nice and thoughtful. Sometimes people act weird when they don't know you, but I could talk to him all day I bet. He knows how to treat customers, and I was really appreciative of his attentiveness and kindness! If I could say anything, it would be great if Mister Car Wash offered interior and window cleaners. A car wash in my hometown of Columbus, IN called Take 5, offers both interior and window cleaners, as well as micro fiber cloths and it's amazing! I am glad I signed up for the Titanium membership. I signed up 2 weeks prior. Only bummer is that my membership for 28 bucks is only a one time thing instead of being that price all of the time. It will cost me 40 bucks my next payment. I'm so glad they are here and I hope the kindness and attentiveness goes away! They are great! We don't need anymore car washes now, unless they it's another Mister Car Wash! Thank you all!

    I purchased a used Subaru end of July at Dahl Ford onalaska…read more There was some red flags when I purchased the Outback, such as dead keys or car not even half filled after purchasing the car but didn't look into it because I bought the car cheap from them. What I'm shocked by is their customer service, especially in their service department. It took them a month to just repair my plug nozzle for my windshield fluids. They kept saying they'll call me when new parts comes in etc. but never did. I was always the one haggle them about the follow ups to get it done in a timely manner. Then my check engine light came on and they scan it and such when they fixed my nozzles, and told me to contact them to follow up and schedule some service to see why the code p0420 popped up. That was august 21th. I left a few voicemails to Bob, the guy they told me to contact to deal with this issue. It's now September 9th, no call back regarding the voicemail I left etc. talk about a terrible customer service and it seems like they just don't care enough for their customer. If you want a terrible customer experience after buying a car from them this dealership is it. You will have to go through obstacles to even get some sort of contact with them. Overall experience was poor, and didn't see any unique benefits compared to other dealerships. I would look else where if you value customer service and people that act knows what they're doing.

We told him which vehicle we were interested in & he knew exactly where to head. This is a little...unassuming. But im a firm believer that such places provide the best service & the prices tend to be better because you're not being charged for an extravagant location. I was pleasantly surprised to find out Eagle is a small, family owned business when i went in to the office and was introduced to the other gentleman as "Ken my brother-in-law, his father-in-law owns the dealership." I gathered that most of their dales are online auctions. I put money down on a vehicle w a contingent agreement written up for windshield replacement and a sensor issue to be addressed. I am very appreciative for the no pushy sales pitch. Junior was friendly and didn't pressure me in to a purchase or any sales pitch. Here's to hoping the issues are worked out & i have a new vehicle in a few days! UPDATE: in less than 24 hours since we went to the dealership Junior text that the windshield had been replaced and the thermostat issue was a $60 sensor that they went ahead and replaced. Great service!! I called Junior and asked if since I was 13 miles away could he possibly pick me up? He picked me up within the hour! On our way I asked if there was a full tank? There was half.....so as we did paperwork I asked if I could possibly get a full tank? Like every other request I had, Junior obliged! I'm telling you this was such a stress free process... Driving home I noticed how nicely they had shined up the interior...thanks! THANK YOU Junior!! Near crisis averted!! I don't know where it was...but as I was waiting to cross the highway to leave... I saw Junior running towards me..... I had left my license!! Ohhhh that would have been bad. Again, thank you!! As I told Junior on our drive.... I have a niece in the cities looking for a car, I told her this morning I was so happy w the experience yesterday I told her to check out their website and marketplace. Thanks for a great experience and customer service Junior and Eagle Motors, I intend to tell my city friends you're worth the drive when they're in the used car market! UPDATE #2 after leaving town I stopped by a friends home who recently retired after owning an auto shop for decades. He saw evidence of a transmission fluid leak and the splash guard was missing. He wasn't concerned about either issue but I reached out to Junior. He did note "I noticed that the bumper was scuffed, I'm glad to see, means it hasn't been replaced". Junior didn't seem aware of either issue but asked when I'd be back in town so their local mechanic could look at it? I appreciated that he didn't pressure me to come back down immediately, just said to let him know when I'd be back so we could get it in. Surprise two weeks later I was in town as of Sunday night. First thing Monday morning Junior was on the horn to see if I could drop it off? I said Tuesday would work better so we made plans for me to drop it off @ 9:30a. Apple Auto had it all day and when Junior called that I could pick it up he also said "they didn't find a leak, saw evidence of a leak, but no leak. So he put a dye in and if I could drive it for a few days and bring it back in. A few days went by and I text Friday... just after close!! I should have called! Monday morning I called first thing and was told I could bring it up and given a time frame of how long it may take. When I pulled up Junior came out, began profusely apologizing for our lack in communication. I felt bad, he didn't need to do that, I was at fault too!! But...he owned it and that speaks VOLUMES for his and Eagle Motors integrity!! He then said he was giving me the black Forrester for the day, handed me the key and away I went! A car for the day w a full tank of gas, thank you! Outcome? I had the Eagle & Apple chasing a ghost! There was a leak, before, fixed, but not cleaned up, and the splash guard not replaced. The pieces came together. I APOLOGIZE for all the work and hassle I put these two places through! I am deeply grateful for not being charged for any work for a non-existent issue. Eagle Motors sold me a fine used vehicle in proper working order w top notch customer service and clearly a model to take care of and keep the customer satisfied! Upon pick up of my Journey I also got to meet and talk to owner Troy, also a delightful fellow. Thank you Eagle Motors and Junior, still recommending you to everyone I talk to about my new to me Journey!
