She helped me out of a very prolonged and painful scenario. I found that she is kind, nurturing, sincere and truly does care about her patients and takes pride in her work. Very hard to find folks with that killer combo. Anyways, the staff is awesome too and I cant really say anything negative about my experience here. Dr. Karen Arents has recently given me very constructive and very professional advice on how I should take care of my mouth and lip, which have worked for me really well. The first replacement was 3 months after the work was done. Insurance refers you back to the dentist when the work doesn't last more than 3 months and the dentist at Bryan Dental refused to accept the crowns were defective and causing pain.

This was quite upsetting for me because I'm Asian and two white clients in the same waiting room at me (younger white lady and middle aged white man) were not asked to use hand sanitizer! This is discriminatory behavior, if not completely racist. Also, while exiting the office, an approaching white lady said excuse me to me while I was exiting?!
