I'll start with the facilities which are beautiful, clean, and we'll maintained. Cleanliness is…read morealways an important factor to me when considering doctors. As the name implies, it is also modern design. The location is easy to get to. For families, they have a gaming station if there is a need to wait. They saw me quickly and we're able to get me scheduled in quickly. A feature I had never seen before is a little room where you get to meet your dentist, introduce each other and discuss any concerns you may have. Dr. Bunker and his staff are extremely respectful of your time if you need to get back to work as I did. As a new patient, they were extremely thorough taking digital exrays and photographs of my teeth. The technician was very helpful for individuals like me with a bone structure that isn't the most conducive for a few of the angles they need. Dr. Bunker was very thorough narrowing down an issue I was having to clenching my teeth while sleeping. He made some suggestions that I am exploring. The hygienist Amy is also nice to work with offering a few non - traditional suggestions. For me, she suggested looking at children's toothbrushes which are smaller and easier to maneuver if your mouth has certain bone structures. The office manager Bill reviews your billing and insurance options with you. Extremely pleasant to chat with. We found out we both like a few of the same business leadership authors.

And we decided we needed to get me checked out and get whatever's wrong taken care of before I get cut off my mothers insurance (I wasn't 26 just yet but it was close to my birthday) anyway we went in and they had a look at that tooth and scheduled to have it filled. And that was fine. But they later scheduled a full mouth examination and claimed I had loads of cavities and failing fillings. which I found strange. I take good care of my teeth. I floss every time I brush and I brush twice a day. I use mouth wash after I do the brushing process. So it didn't make sense to me. Should've suspected they were full of it But I didn't. anyway they said it was mainly on the right side of my mouth on my upper teeth. they filled those teeth. However they ended up fusing 3 of them together with filament. I discovered this when trying to floss. I thought the gap was just really tight so I tried forcing the floss in. I ended up accidentally breaking through the filament instead. I also didn't realize it until recently but doing that also basically left a crack in my tooth. I didn't get the floss between the tooth like I thought, I went into the tooth. Anyways though we went in a few days later to get that fixed. They somehow didn't notice the newly formed crack. Which to be fair neither did I at the time. But they're the dentist so I would think they would've seen it. All they did when they "fixed" it was polish my teeth that were fused. Which did make the gaps accessible again so I could floss. But after that they became sensitive. I think I told them about this as well but they didn't say anything about it so I guess they didn't think it was an issue. They then said I had 2 more cavities on the left side of my mouth. They didn't mention it after the examination. Should've seen that as a red flag but we instead went along with it. they also said both of those teeth on my bottom left would need crowns. We once again went along with it. Should've gotten a second opinion but we didn't. Got those put in after they did all they needed to do to acquire them and install them or whatever. This was done in June by the way. Those crowns still ache every now and then. Couldn't tell at the time though. And I also thought the aching was normal for the first few weeks. But they still ache so I guess they didn't do it right. Both of those crowns were very expensive thanks to insurance it was 980+ dollars per crown. It was not the end though cause once again they changed their tune and claimed I had another cavity on the top left that required a crown neglecting to mention it until then and once again went through the process of getting that taken care of. And after they got that one put in they pulled the same thing of neglecting to tell me of a cavity until then. This time it was just behind the crown they just put in on the top. They even showed me an x-ray showing the cavity. At this point we began to question if all this was necessary. which is something we should've done way sooner. we then went to some other dentist in town to have them check the tooth they claimed had a cavity and was needing a crown to see if these other dentists thought the same. They claimed the tooth didn't have a cavity and they didn't think it needed a crown given how much healthy tooth structure was left. It was at this moment we realized we basically got scammed. It also made me question if I needed any of the crowns that were already in my mouth now. And honestly I probably didn't. On that side of my mouth where the crowns are, I can't even eat anything that's too hard now. Hurts those crowned teeth if I try. Crowns also last a bare minimum of 10 years aswell as far as I know. So I'm gonna have to get these things replaced at some point. And there's no telling how much these things will cost by then. I'm just angry about this whole situation. To put it nicely. They're lucky we don't sue them to be honest. If I can sue them for this anyway. Hell they're lucky my mother is even willing to still pay what we owe. Definitely wouldn't recommend these people though. Unless you want to get lied to and robbed

If I could give 0 stars, I would. The dentist messed up my teeth so badly and only spent a couple…read moreof minutes cleaning. Because of his treatment, one of the fillings he did fell out a a week later since it was done so thinly, and the other he shaved down the wall of my tooth so thinly (like it was so thin that it was sharp) that my actual tooth chipped a few days after the visit. I went back to this company after having a wonderful experience with their previous dentist, but to my surprise the old dentist sold the practice to a new person. This new person seemed fine, and everything seemed normal until he started his cleaning and it was so fast I didn't even know it was a cleaning. Then he proceeds to tell me that I have 2 cavaties. That is fine and he let me know the course of treatment in which he seemed like he wanted to prove to me I had cavaties which I found odd because I totally believed him and was totally on board. He then to prove I had cavaties, took pic of the teeth using a special device. Once again, I believed him without the pics and also have no idea what a cavity looks like in the first place. I come to find out that he charges for that imaging, which is why I think he did it (he did not ask me if I wanted this service and it is not covered by my insurance apparently.) Felt scammy and very uncomfortable. The absolute worst part though is that I actually lost part of my real healthy tooth due to this visit. He filled 2 cavaties and a small chip in my front tooth. I don't know if he was just trying to save money or what, but he barely filled the teeth that he treated for cavaties. As you can tell by now, my teeth aren't great so I have had many fillings in my life and no dentist has ever used so little filling. The part of healthy tooth I lost was the wall of the tooth he had to drill super far into. He barely filled it and left the wall super thin and sharp and brittle feeling. Turns out it was brittle because while eating spaghetti, the wall of my tooth broke off. The chipped front tooth filling also feel out a few days later. I ran my tongue over my tooth and the filling popped right out. But before even leaving the dental office I realized I couldn't close my mouth all the way. I felt a bump on the back of the tooth next to my front one that got the filling. When he asked if there was anything else he could do while literally being halfway out the door, I told him I think there was filling on the back of my other tooth. With a look of slight exasperation, he sat back down and checked it out. He filed it down and said, great, and left the room and I was directed to the front desk. After getting home and spending some time with my new teeth, the thinness of the teeth/fillings set in but he had said that everything looked good after finishing up with removing the bump from my other tooth, so I thought he is the professional and moved on. Anyways, I was scheduled to move cities a few days later so I finished packing and moved. Then after all of the stuff happened with my teeth pieces falling out of my mouth, I contacted my insurance to see if I could potentially get reimbursed for the fillings so that I could afford to get the damage fixed, but the dentist has denied refunds and says that I have to come back to their office and that if he sees that he is at fault he will fix them for free but if he seems himself not at fault I will have to pay for them to get fixed. I have said repeatedly I don't feel comfortable coming back because I had such a negative experience and don't trust him as a dentist, as well as the potential of him deeming it as my fault, as well as I would have to pay and take more time off work to travel back to see him. They keep saying it is our word against yours as justification for not reimbursing me and having me come back in and drop my claim as well which feels very manipulative. Anyways, please, please, please, do not go to this dentist and spread the word to not as well! A lot of the great reviews are about the old dentist that used to own the practice.
