Thanks so much to Andre and Bea for cleaning my air duct system and dryer vent. It was no easy feat as my home has 3 stories. Andre talked me through teach step and educated me on my system and how to maintain it. I really appreciated this and see it as an added value because people don't often take the time to help you understand how to maintain your system and the whys behind it. I learned so much. They also took very good care of my home. They were sure to cover furniture when needed and cleaned up after they were done. I hired Daffy Ducts to inspect my dryer vents at the requirement of my HOA. They determined that it would need to be replaced. The technician & the office manager both told me the $200 inspection fee would be applied toward any work I had done. After the work was done, the owner of the company (Justin Tarr) told me that he would not honor anything an employee "told me" and that, if I didn't pay the invoice in full, he would file a lien on my property, send me to collections and have his team let themselves into the building and tear out the work they had done. The technician did a great job of cleaning the duct between my dryer and the vent outside. Pictures taken looked great. Unfortunately, nothing changed with drying and I had to clean between dryer to duct and then climb on the roof for duct to vent cleaning. I was very disappointed that $300 literally did nothing for me. Daffy Ducts also will not clean from the exterior / roof so if you have a roof vent, do it yourself. Follow up - The owner of Daffy Ducts called me promptly. After discussing the service, he offered a full refund. The conversation was respectful and I felt it was handled very well. I can honestly say I would call back Daffy Ducts based on the owner's responsiveness and commitment to quality work. read more

I had a new A/C system installed by Peachtree Heating and Air, which included air duct cleaning. They use Daffy Ducts for this service. Before I could reach out to them to schedule, Daffy Ducts contacted me and set up a next day appointment. Rod Hammond, the technician handling the cleaning, was prompt, courteous, thorough and overall did a great job! I will use Daffy Ducts the next time I need my ducts cleaned. read more

I asked for a quote to do one HVAC system and they kept sending a 1400 quote for 2 HVAC's and a dryer. I asked numerous times and the lack of competence made me go with another company. read more

I just tried to schedule dryer vent cleaning service with this company and they have a voucher clearly posted on Yelp that says you get $200 for $100. When I called to verify, I was told that voucher is not being honored and the manager is going to take it down. Then why is it still up? What if someone already purchased it? Such a scam. I hate when companies post scam promotions to reel you in and then change terms of the promotions. Glad I did not purchase the scam voucher. Crazy part is that I am looking for HVAC duct service and maintenance as well for a house I just purchased so for that small amount of money that they decided they won't honor they have lost a customer who might have spent much more with them in the long term. read more

We had an appointment for Daffy Ducts this Tuesday. First thing, they tried to do is change the appointment date several times last week. On the day of the appointment, they tried to arrive 4 hours early. So, when they did arrive(about an hour late), they told us that they could not service our house because they did not bring the proper equipment. They had never interviewed us about the details so they would be prepared to clean the ducts in our house. They rescheduled us for Friday. Some time later, they offered us an earlier appointment(Wednesday). It did not fit our schedule. We expressed that we were disappointed after rearranging furniture in our home, and taking the day off from work to have the ducts cleaned without being serviced. This rearranging process took several days. Apparently, they do not like people expressing regret. They promptly called us back and cancelled the appointment that they had just made for this Friday. I never heard of blaming the customer for being unprepared, bad scheduling, an equipment shortage, and the lack of interviewing skills. My husband was upset that they wanted to cancel, but I think we will end up with a much better contractor. Some of their reviews look pretty bad. read more

Great workers. I'm upset that they don't allow a separate technician review because my technician was Jonathan Payne and he was great. That being said, the 2 STARS only reflects what i thought i thought about the business outside of the technician. Jonathan was vey nice, beyond professional, and i would give him 5 STARS if i could. The only things that I didn't like about the business were the price and communication. The whole 30min of service (mostly diagnostic)was $350. Communication from the reason for service section I typed seemed to get lost between me typing it and the technician. It was never addressed. If they actually called a few days prior to your service like the website stated, then i could have then re-explained and asked more questions about if they had the proper equipment for what i was looking for. I would 100% recommend doing the cleaning yourself if you are looking for a residential cleaning and save $300.. that is of course unless you just want to throw $350 at a company for doing something you could do on your own very easily in a household. read more
