The pest control company that I usually use wasn't equipped to handle whatever might be inside. Skedaddle handled things beautifully for me! The person who spoke to me on the phone got all my information, listened carefully, and gave me good advice about what I needed based on what was happening (a free assessment, rather than jumping to an animal removal appointment). The person who came to my house called ahead, offered to text me when he arrived (because I was in work meetings), and was incredible! He checked out the stove, not just quickly looking inside, but poking carefully to see how it was set up and whether anything might be hiding out of sight. He examined the pipes leading to the stove. And, he explained what likely caused the sound (a bee that had since died). He also pointed out the outside chimney and helped me understand a bit about how it was set up, why I likely didn't need to do anything, but also offered to send a quote to add some protection if I wanted it. The quote was very reasonable, and if I thought that I needed the additional protection, I'd hire them in a second to do it. Incredibly reassuring, informative, and helpful.
