He made time to come the day before our requested day of cleaning to get an idea of what we wanted done. They are fast yet thorough. I feel comfortable leaving them alone to work in my home and I have never had any security issue. They use commercial grade cleaning stuff. I remember when I moved in how much attention the bath needed. Despite hours of trying to remove mould etc, they were able to do it within a couple of hours. The place always looks good, smells good and feels good after they have been. Dee is also really cool and fair. I have never had any issues. I do wish they were a little bit more flexible in terms of the days they can come. But other than that, all good. I pay by check but cash is good too. I try to remember to tip the ladies as much as possible, but on occasions where I have forgotten, they have still been very professional about it which is great.

Three people came for 3 hours and they accomplished a basic clean of our 2800 square foot house. There were many things that were left undone and I did not feel like anything was really deep cleaned as I requested. So I started asking around and some months later I had several cleaning services and solo cleaners come to the house and give me a quote for a weekly and biweekly service. Of all the people that came, I was most impressed with Terra cleaning. Freddy was very friendly and personable, and he offered a good price. So I went with them and have never looked back. Their first deep clean service was exceptional!! Again I had 3 people here for about 3 hours and they accomplished twice as much as the first service I hired, and for $70 less!! They cleaned all my plantation shutters on the main floor and blinds upstairs abs my five fans. They did a very thorough job. I have them come every week now, and they continue to be thorough and excellent each week, and I am so pleased with their work (and I am very picky about how clean my house is).
