It always goes over and above any reasonable expectation as to what a good cleaning service does. For example, the last time Mr. Cleaning came to our house to do its work, Ed (the owner) went upstairs to our third floor. He noticed that there were seagull droppings on the Skylight on the third floor room.. Ed took it upon himself to grab a ladder and climb onto the third floor of our home to wash off the Skylight. Never in 1 million years would would my wife and I have expected our cleaning service to go onto our third story roof in order to clean a skylight. While on the roof, Ed noticed a tremendous amount of seagull excrement both on the built up portion of the roof and the perimeter roof tiles. Ed took it upon himself to get a power washer and wash the entire roof off, thereby eliminating the seagull excrement The foregoing is just one small example of the tremendous work that Mr. Cleaning has always done for us over the years. They are extremely conscientious. They are extremely thorough. And, it is not at all uncommon for Mr. Cleaning to do work that they deemed necessary, even if it falls outside the scope of their contract. A huge plus is that Mr. Cleaning is extremely reasonable in cost. The business is very poorly managed and we often were spending a considerable amount of time trying to corner the scheduler to confirm the day and time in which the cleaners would come out. There were weeks where we didn't have a time locked down until 11pm the night before our Saturday appointment, which makes things extremely difficult with planning our weekends. The breaking point was this past weekend when their "phone line went down". Green My House NEVER confirmed our appointment, and as we were heading out the door their cleaners arrived! We had to send the cleaners away and felt bad that they made an unnecessary trip to our house, but this really shows the poor management and communication from the business. Even if their "phone line went down", I would think that they could use another means of communication to reach out to clients and discuss their schedules rather than just showing up randomly at people's homes?
