Unfortunately I have had to change my review after recent events. After using Quality House…read morecleaning for over a year, and being generally satisfied with the service, Maria has recently been very unprofessional. I am now very disappointed with the way she has handled my account and I can not recommend her services. While I was traveling for business overseas, my house sitter got everything ready for Maria and her team to clean the house as scheduled, except she accidentally forgot to put the key in the hiding spot. Maria called my cell phone but my number is not active when I am out of the country so I didn't get her message. My house sitter emailed me and we decided to leave two payments for Maria on the next scheduled cleaning day because I didn't want Maria to lose the income for the day she couldn't get in. Well, when the next cleaning day came, I was still traveling so my house sitter made sure to have the key and payments ready, but Maria didn't show up. When I finally got home and turned on my cell phone I heard the message from Maria and I called her right away. She didn't pick up so I left a long voice mail apologizing and explaining what happened. No reply. I also texted her with a similar message, twice. No reply. Finally, another scheduled cleaning day arrived and I still had not heard from Maria. I texted her again asking if I was still on her schedule, yes or no? No reply, and Maria did not show up again. I just don't think I deserved to be snubbed and ignored because of the one mistake of not putting the key out. I suppose I could've had my house sitter call Maria, but I just figured I would pay for the missed day and all would be okay. I feel like I at least deserved a call back, even if it was just to say she was taking me off her schedule. Oh and most of those reviews are because she offered a discount for a yelp review. I have a feeling that if you don't give 5 stars (I gave 4 in my original review) then you will be punished. Sorry Maria, if you want a thriving business you can't treat your customers rudely!

We've had the pleasure of working with Jose & Fabiola for over a decade, and we can't recommend…read morethem enough. Initially, we hired them because we were juggling exceptionally busy schedules with kids and life had thrown us some tough health challenges.  As a same-sex couple, we've always felt entirely comfortable and respected by them. There's never been even a hint of discomfort or judgment.  When we've had surgeries or difficult times, they've asked how we are and if there's anything else they can do for us.  They treat us like people, not like a job, and their kindness has meant a great deal. Over the years, we've gone from monthly to biweekly to weekly cleanings because their help has become such a valuable support to our family. We've moved three times, and every time, they've stayed with us. We trust them completely in our home. Walking in on Fridays to a clean home with made beds truly feels like an act of care. We actually say every Friday (cleaning day), "This is the best feeling, I love Jose and Fabiola!" and "The money we spend on this is beyond well spent." They are flexible with scheduling and take the time to listen and adjust when we need something extra.  The work they do isn't easy, and we don't take it for granted. It's physical, personal, and often invisible work--and they do it with professionalism.  We're so grateful to have found such a respectful, hard-working family team who clearly care about their clients and their business

At first when our HOA hired them they…read morewere both very friendly to myself and my wife as we live across the street from the clubhouse and we would often have a friendly hello with them every two weeks. Last summer, my wife went over and asked them if they would give us a quote for cleaning our house. They came our home and looked around and they were very friendly. They said they would get back to us and let us know. But they never got back to us and they never gave us a quote for cleaning our home. We witnessed that they were cleaning our other neighbors houses (two or three different houses) in our neighborhood. It was strange that they have never gotten back to us. I found this very unprofessional and rude. Immediately after they came to our house, two weeks they started to ignore us I would never say hi to us anymore. They never got back to us about the quote and they have continued to work in our clubhouse and clean every other week, We can't help but wonder if they ignore us now because they realized when they met us and came into our home we are a lesbian couple and they are discriminating against us. We did inform them we are married. They continue to be able to make themselves available to clean our clubhouse and our neighbors homes. It feels very disrespectful that they continue to do this. My wife noticed that they had a Jesus crucifix around their necks and perhaps they were phobic or felt uncomfortable with cleaning our home because a lesbian married couple. It's very uncomfortable that they're continuing to clean our clubhouse as we are actually paying for them because we are part of the HOA and we own this mobile home park. They see us every other week and they never say anything. They never acknowledge us. We looked them straight away and not and say hello and they ignore us. This is so disrespectful and so unprofessional.

The service is high quality and I fully trust my home to Sherry and her cleaners. We've used Sunrise a few times now and can report the following:…read more UPSIDE: 1. Tracey Taylor makes a very professional presentation when she visits your home to explain her house cleaning service 2. The ladies that Sunrise uses have been diligent in their cleaning work 3. The house *looks* clean when the cleaners are done (see also downside) 4. Prices are fair enough, given Sunrise's bonding and insurance and the peace of mind in knowing you're using a legitimate business DOWNSIDE: We're not entirely sure what Sunrise's "natural" cleaning products are, nor what earth-shattering problem they're supposed to address, but ... our house unfailingly *smells worse* once the cleaning is done. Bathrooms, though clean-looking, are left with a funky Eau d'HomelessDude smell. After the last (and probably final) visit from Sunrise our kitchen area, no kidding, reeked of something akin to urine. KIND OF DEFEATS THE WHOLE HOUSE-CLEANING PURPOSE, I'D SAY. BOTTOM LINE: There must be other bonded/insured house cleaners in Cruzio County without the curious environmental dogma that leave your house looking *and* smelling clean. Batter up!

We called this cleaning service for our parents new rental place because it received 5 star reviews…read moreon Yelp. Our experience was not the same. The price we were quoted seemed VERY high for the work being done and the space that needed to be cleaned (a 1 bedroom - bathroom, kitchen, living room, and laundry room). There were special areas we noted that needed to be deep cleaned, etc. but they had not moved into the place yet so there was no need for a refrigerator to be cleaned behind, floors to be swept or mopped, and also no vacuuming needed to be done. There were some boxes and stuff here and there, but we did leave room for cleaners to get around them. My sister got the initial quote from Tracy. I made a follow up call asking for specifics on what was going to be cleaned so that I could justify this price in my head - never really felt justified (even with a discount), but we went ahead with it anyways. We were quoted 10 hours of work. I told her that if we could cut that down, it would be great since the cost was so high. Tracy told me she would call me the next day after the cleaning was complete to let me know the exact hours & amount that would be charged to my card. She never called. Instead, I had to call her the following day (Saturday) asking for the information. When I spoke to her, she told me that she was "not in the right frame of mind to talk about this" since her boat was in danger in the harbor due to the effects from the Tsunami. Blowing off an already unhappy customer, is not good customer service in my book. She said she would call me Monday. Meanwhile, I went to the house and was shown that there were a bunch of things that were not cleaned properly or at all. I told this to Tracy on the phone and she said that a walk through was done and this should have been pointed out. A walk through was not done, and she had a very hard time believing this from me, the customer. Why would I lie about that? I wanted to get this done and off my plate - not create more time for me or them to deal with this.... I emailed her about what was not done, and that we needed to schedule the rest to be completed. She agreed that they would come back for 1 hour only for "touch ups" to what had been done before. In her emailed response to me, she felt the need to tell me how SHE was feeling with all of this. I'm sorry, but this to me is NOT the way you run a business. If this were my business, I would be doing what needed to be done in order to please my customer (ESPECIALLY A NEW ONE) and make them happy. The hour of "touch up" work was completed, and the work that was done in that hour was excellent. Overall though, I did not feel like I was treated as a valued and respected customer. I will not be using their services again.
