I finally reached out to Brazican cleaning service and Darcilene answered immediately. She was able to schedule me for the very next day and gave me very fair quotes. Darcilene kept me updated while she was on her way, and got to the appointment early. She did a quick look through and confirmed the price, then got to work! She kept me updated on how long it would take. She was very flexible if I had to run any errands. She did a really good job! I didn't even realize how dirty the place was until I saw how clean it was after. Pricing was very fair! I'm going to use their services at my old place before I move out completely.

Three people came for 3 hours and they accomplished a basic clean of our 2800 square foot house. There were many things that were left undone and I did not feel like anything was really deep cleaned as I requested. So I started asking around and some months later I had several cleaning services and solo cleaners come to the house and give me a quote for a weekly and biweekly service. Of all the people that came, I was most impressed with Terra cleaning. Freddy was very friendly and personable, and he offered a good price. So I went with them and have never looked back. Their first deep clean service was exceptional!! Again I had 3 people here for about 3 hours and they accomplished twice as much as the first service I hired, and for $70 less!! They cleaned all my plantation shutters on the main floor and blinds upstairs abs my five fans. They did a very thorough job. I have them come every week now, and they continue to be thorough and excellent each week, and I am so pleased with their work (and I am very picky about how clean my house is). I love the days they come! Also, anytime I have special cleaning needs, I just text Freddy before the service. When they get here he verifies exactly what I want and they always do it. It's super weird to not quota the entire house. And at the end of the cleaning service, the lady asked another $175 to add kitchen and living room. And saying the confirmed with me it's only for 3 bedrooms and 2 bathrooms. For other providers I quoted, it's for the entire house by default. 4. In total, I need to pay for $350 for 3 bedrooms and 2 bathrooms house. It's more expensive than any cleaning service I used before. 5. The overall experience is not pleasant. The extra $175 for cleaning the entire house is not negotiable. We ended up only cleaning bedrooms and bathrooms with $175.

Dust on the dresser in the bedroom, not clear wiping of the bathroom counter, didn't straighten up the things that were on the bathroom counter, didn't replace the towels (or even fold them to look nice), didn't have her own vacuum... overall not happy and won't be asking her back, that's for sure!

Hired Christina & José for a move out clean and I'm positive that rental property is now 20x cleaner than it was when we moved in last year. They followed my instructions PERFECTLY (property management company had big check list), and left a couple small areas untouched per my request. Deep cleaned inside the entire house, including all large kitchen appliances, the gas wall heater, many many slatted blinds, washed inside/outside of all windows AND screens, and removed/washed the light covers (even replaced bulbs which I provided for them). These cleaners really go the extra mile...José pulled out the stove to clean behind/underneath (which looked like it hadn't been done for some time prior to our tenancy). José also cleared the exterior of the home of cobwebs, and when I requested he also get them off the unfinished garage's high ceiling he was happy to help! I even asked if they'd mind cleaning the soap buildup off our shower caddy--which I'd already taken down to pack--"of course!" They are incredibly accommodating. Communication was EXCELLENT. They showed up right on time and worked very hard with absolutely no oversight necessary. Upon completion, Christina asked me to walk through with her--so thorough. Their rate was beyond reasonable--I happily gave them an unsolicited extra $100 cash because they totally earned it. I am just SO impressed with Cleaning Cloud.
