Overall: Would definitely recommend Jeff and Los Gatos Carpet Cleaning anytime!

Everyone has bad days, I get it. So, I took Ben up on his offer at another chance, and I am so glad I did! Although they normally do not work on Sundays, Ben came over to do an estimate. With 2 dogs and 2 boys, my carpet is horrendous! As promised, the carpet looks brand spanking new! Although I was not home during the cleaning, I was told he took his time and went over and over the carpet like a perfectionist. I'd be happy to use him again. Just goes to show, sometimes some peeps do deserve that second chance. =)

She does a great job and I trust her. She has a key to the house, lets herself and her crew in, then locks up when she's done. Needless to say, we trust her 100%. It's such a pleasure to come home to a clean home at the end of a long work day! She also notices and communicates with us about issues she finds in the house, such as when a pipe had leaked into the wall and the back corner of the carpet was damp. We felt much more comfortable renting out our home because we knew we could rely on Liz to make sure the house was being treated well. If you're looking for someone long-term, who you can trust to take care of your home, Liz is what you're looking for.
