I am pleased to say that I finally found a rug cleaner that has addressed all of my concerns with connoisseur carpet cleaners. They arrived on time, were friendly, and they were respectful of space (moved furniture and put it back carefully). They did deep cleaning and the stains didn't come back after a few weeks. This is the first carpet cleaner that I've used more than once and I will definitely call them again next year.

It seemed legit to wait to clean as the stains kept coming but, yea, this cleaning was way overdue. Even the carpet cleaner guy Marcel was shocked. In the end, Marcel worked his butt off cleaning the carpet and as it turns out it really is cream colored and not dingy grey. Viola! Sea breeze did a fantastic job getting all the weird stains out, and restoring the carpet.
