I originally hired Cesar and crew to clean the windows on our new home on which they did an amazing job! Then I found out they did post construction (premove-in) cleanup and also area rugs. I was able to have our entire house cleaned in addition to a couple of rugs for a very reasonable price. I still stare in amazement at our clean windows which had construction dirt build-up, a winters worth of leaves and spider webs and multiple manufacturers stickers plastered all over. His company hand wiped down each frame, vacuumed out the tracks, removed the stickers and scrubbed the glass. What a difference! They were prompt, courteous and very thorough. On recommendation from an equally fussy friend, we just had Cesar and Arturo here to clear all our windows and screens, inside and out. And we have lots of windows! Cesar responded promptly to our phone call requesting their visit. They arrived promptly. The work was superb! They removed, cleaned and vacuumed all the screens. They have a portable vacuum they use to clean the window sills, containers of new squeegee inserts and other helpful equipment. They were able to work around some netting that we have to keep birds from hitting our tinted windows. The ladders are clean and they were well-dressed and very professional. Cesar speaks English very well so there were no miscommunication issues. 2 of them were here for 5.5 hours and they charged less than $300. We don't see how it could have been any better. I read the 'non-recommended' reviews on Yelp and can't begin to understand the one negative one. Perhaps it was some other Cesar? It certainly does NOT in any way fit with the fellows we had work at our house. The other 2 'non-recommended' ones were similar to ours with glowing evaluations. read more
