I took my car in for an estimate for repair of some rear bumper/side damage from someone hitting…read moreme. An employee went over the options I had, explaining that the damage did not involve any safety or mechanical issues. He said he would be willing to try and use adhesive to fix it and that it could be done while I waited. Maybe 10 minutes later he returned and I was told he was able to fit it back together without the adhesive so that if I had any other damage in the future it would be easier to repair. He told me that if I had any more problems to return and at that point they would try the adhesive. I left there owing only $20!!! They are honest, friendly, thorough and knowledgeable. I have never felt so comfortable in any other automotive environment. I am an older woman who knows nothing about cars. Hopefully, I will not need any more repairs in the future, but if I do I definitely will be heading back to Circle.

Ashburn Service and Tire has serviced both of my cars--a Honda and a Subaru--for the past four…read moreyears. During that time, I spent about $5,000 on repairs, inspections, oil changes, tires, and other maintenance. I had no complaints. However, two days ago, I paid $1,054 to replace and recharge the air conditioner condenser in my 12-year-old Subaru. That amount included a $230 diagnostic fee. I asked for that fee to be applied toward the repair, but I was told that Ashburn Service and Tire does not credit diagnostic charges toward repair costs. Shortly after I picked up my car, the shop asked me to bring it back so their mechanic could retrieve a tool he had supposedly left underneath it. When I returned, the mechanic took the car into the garage, opened the hood, and did something in the engine area that I could not see. As a result, I suspect the story about the tool was just a pretext to gain access to the car, possibly to make an adjustment or correct an error. I would not recommend Ashburn Service and Tire.

When I arrived on February 18, 2023, Gina met me; She was very friendly and warm. I had a good feeling right from the start. Gina took photos of my damage, and within a few minutes, I had my estimate, which I was delighted with. I was surprised to see that her estimate was significantly lower than the one I had. I asked Gina how long it would take to complete my repairs, and she stated about three days. I dropped my vehicle off on Tuesday, February 21, 2023. Gina called me on Thursday, February 23, 2023, and told me that my vehicle was ready for pickup. When I arrived, I was floored! I could not believe how great my Pilot looked and smelled. My car mats had been washed front and rear, and my car smelled like new! I just wish that I had taken a before photo to show you how fantastic my repair work was. I highly recommend Gina and Loudoun One Collision to my friends, family, quality, and anyone who wants quality work at an affordable price! Thank you, Gina. Richard

I brought my Mercedes-Benz E350 to Virginia Tire & Auto of One Loudoun for a 9:30 AM appointment to…read morereplace a blown tire and get an alignment. What followed was a three-hour wait and a major safety oversight that could have left me stranded. The Safety Issue: My vehicle requires Run-Flat (MOE) tires because it has no spare. I specifically ordered a Pirelli Cinturato P7 Run-Flat. After waiting for three hours, the technician (Simon) and sales rep (Jarret) returned my car with a "dinky" standard Goodyear tire installed instead. Releasing a car that is engineered for run-flats with a standard tire is a massive liability and a fundamental safety breach. Had I not checked the sidewall myself, I would have driven off in an unsafe vehicle. The Technical Failure: Even after they corrected the tire, the alignment report showed the Caster is still significantly out of spec (9.3° and 9.6°, well below the Mercedes minimum of 10.8°). I essentially paid for a professional alignment and received an incomplete job. The Service: When I pointed out these errors and the excessive delay to Jarret, my request for any form of compensation was flatly denied. There was zero accountability for the fact that they nearly sent me back onto the road in a compromised vehicle. I will not be returning. If you value your safety and your time, take your European vehicle elsewhere.
