I said to the woman I had never been there before, asked what she might recommend and she tersely and flippantly said, "Throw a dart." I could hear the impatience in her voice; she couldn't be bothered to make a suggestion. I was out of ideas so I quickly chose the Cubano. We took our order table marker and found a seat. The ambience left a lot to be desired; the tables and chairs were cheap, and there wasn't much decor. Our appetizer was delivered at the same time as my entrée. The bolitas were actually tasty; however, I wanted to try my sandwich when it was hot but felt it would be rude to start before my friend's entrée arrived. The kitchen's timing was terrible. Eventually my companion's entrée arrived, and he was happy with his dinner. My Cubano was very unimpressive. The flavor was bland. Our drinks - sangria - tasted like there was no alcohol in them. Overall, we spent over $70 for 2 dinners, an appetizer and 2 drinks, and I was tremendously disappointed. With unimpressive food and high prices, I will have a hard time giving them a second chance.

They'd take about three orders (one person working full time on filling them) and then they'd close the window and the second person would don fresh gloves and work on filling orders to get people served in a timely manner. . We ordered the falafel gyro, fries with feta and an order of loukoumades (Greek mini donuts). The fries were great. The falafel was similar to what I've had on the streets of Athens- delicate and nicely crunchy. The loukoumades were amazing- delicately spiced with cinnamon and a light honey while being crispy on the outside and soft inside. Highly recommend! Think Greek donut holes.

But the experience was a masterclass in how grease, no flavor, and zero effort can ruin even the simplest meal. The service didn't help. The server offered no smile, no care or enthusiasm. And that ketchup bottle? The worn label and grime made it obvious they refill it endlessly. The patties appear to be pre‑cooked, and simply reheated or assembled when someone places an order.
