Now, when has sauce ever come like that, anywhere? I said that I asked for it on the side because I don't like it like that. Sauce on fries makes them soggy. Who wants that? Not me. So he took it to the cook and the cook asked if I could just take it this one time and next time he will put it on the side. Really?! I said "No I would like a new batch". He gave me a look like "really?" I got my 'new' batch of fries, drove back to work, opened it up and laughed with disgust. He took the fries that already had honey mustard on them and fried them again! They all stuck together and smelled like the sauce. I bit into one and my assumptions were correct. I called them right away and I explained to him that I knew what they did. He was reluctant to give me a new batch and gave me attitude. I demanded new fries in the coming week, but I doubt I will be back after this incident. They don't care about the customer or their customer service.
