I drive 40 mins there to see Jamie just to be told by her that I didn't need a consult and that she would do my hair, but blonding is not her expertise and that someone else would do blonding better than her. I told her that she was recommended via email so I was confused. And yes, I did say I wanted to go blonde in the online form and that my hair was black. They do not communicate well with each other there or maybe Jamie was not having a good day. I will not try to go back there.
