    Cute cafe

We loved visiting DaCapo while visiting family in Michigan! Honestly one of the best caramel lattes I've had. The coffee flavor is so smooth and nutty without being at all bitter. The caramel and sweetness level is Perfect. I add a little extra caramel but that's just my taste. The cafe itself is nice and decorated really cute and the servers are friendly. We tried a few baked items, muffin, brownie and cookies. All really good My daughter in law had a sandwich and loved it too. Skip the big brands and come to DaCapo. You will be happy you did.

Decaprio cafe is a MUST IF YOU ARE IN THIS AREA OF MICHIGAN. BEST EGG AND CHEESE SANDWHCIH I HAVE EVER EATEN. Amazing place. My friends got turkey sammiches and all enjoyed it so much they didn't even want to be photographed but I snuck some quick flicks of them. Service and ambiance was great !!!

Was at Bedford High School for a tournament and made the mistake of not having coffee first (gasp!). Apple Maps showed this as the closest to the school and that's one heck of a silver lining when you're going to be stuck inside on a Saturday watching volleyball for hours. Anyhoo ... I'm a little in love with this place. The decor is adorable and the employees were insanely sweet and patient (it was BUSY). Get the breakfast sandwich. I don't know how I have never thought to put onion and chive cream cheese on a breakfast sammy before but these smarties did. Delicious (Brazil) drip coffee and iced lattes for the teen athletes.

Back in town so we stopped in for coffee and were a bit disappointed. First off none of their menus were displaying their coffee offerings so we just went with their special. The special wasn't priced so we didn't realize until we paid that it was over $7 flipping dollars, and then it wasn't that good. It didn't taste like what it was supposed to but instead tasted mostly like sweetened milk. I would give them 2 stars for the taste and 1 star for the price, but I'm leaving them at 3 due to having good coffee in the past and the hope that their other coffee hasn't been super inflated. I don't think I've paid over $6 for any coffee I've gotten in Philadelphia, and I don't care how special the coffee is $7 is a joke.

Grace's Kitchen - Fabulous Veggie Omelette, toast with homemade strawberry jam and coffee on a cheerful tablecloth

My dog's groomer is right across the street or else I would have missed out. I walked in and ordered at the register. The menu is written on a chalkboard. I was hoping for a spinach omelette but they were out of spinach (same as last time I was there). Instead I opted for a veggie omelette with cheese. I also ordered a coffee. The way their system works is that you place your order and pay; then you're seated and your beverage/food is brought to your table. I sat in a booth and my coffee was very promptly brought out to me. The ambiance is absolutely adorable with red and white tablecloths and balloons. There is also an ice cream counter. It was a very pleasant setting in which to enjoy my coffee. Within a reasonable amount of time, my omelette was served with a side of toast. The omelette was huge and filled with lots of tasty tomatoes, onions and green peppers, all finely chopped and perfectly seasoned. Hash browns were also tucked inside the omelette. Although the cheese had been forgotten, I didn't miss it too much because the omelette itself was so delicious. The toast was served with delicious homemade strawberry jam. I could only eat half of the omelette and was given a box to take it home. My server was a very sweet young girl who kept checking to see if I needed anymore coffee and if everything tasted good. At a nearby table, a woman spilled her glass of water and people from the kitchen immediately came out to clean it up. They were extremely good spirited and reassured the embarrassed woman that it happened all the time and was no problem. The atmosphere felt very warm and welcoming. I would absolutely recommend Grace's Kitchen in Point Place as a charming spot for breakfast or lunch. It's on Summit Street across from Aunt Linda's Pet Grooming and H&R Block. Check out the picture of my omelette and the inside of Graces Kitchen. (For some reason they appear below my prior review.) While other reviews note that this is a cash-only establishment, I used a credit card both times I was there, though I left a cash tip on the table this time.
