The review for the sales person, Tito, 4 stars! He was on time, knowledgeable about the product and answered all our questions satisfactorily. Super polite and listen intently to what we wanted. The "could have done better" review was for the company itself, not the product. Four seconds after I put my name on Facebook, they called. Tito was the sales person that came and he did one fine job. The next day I had three phone calls wanting to go over the same thing and specials and I had to sign up right away, extra! That's way too pushy. From the research that I've done so far, I came to the conclusion that their prices were too high. I don't like to be pushed or pestered, then offered a discount but, it's only good for today sort of sales tactic. A representative from this company just showed up at our doorstep telling us that our windows were dangerously degraded and needed to be replaced. Very high pressure, and if I may say so, completely full of crap. Our house was built 9 years ago. He gave us some gobbledygook about the window frames not being made of virgin vinyl and experiencing chalking, and explained that he wanted to replace all of the outside windows of our garage. He couldn't explain why, since it's a garage and not a living space. It's quite clear that these folks pray on anyone who doesn't know enough about basic home repairs to be able to evaluate the statements that they're making. Bella at my elderly parents down for three hours and tried to convince them that spending $60,000 on 2500 ft.² of roofing and 120 feet of gutter was a good idea. This company is a scam. They pray on the elderly and they should be investigated for the predatory practices. I paid $16,000 from a local company in Lake Stevens, WA for a roof that was 3000 ft.² and excited need 12 sheets of plywood replaced. this is where our labor and disposal fees are much higher. This is my first negative review. We chose Dabella Tri Cities WA to replace our roof. Here are the problems we have run into since signing the contract for $30,000. No one called to set up roof replacement schedule. Contractors just show up one morning. No one answers the phone when we call during open hours at the corporate office. Sales person does not return calls and texts and emails. Temperatures have consistently been below 40 degrees and no one we talk too can assure us it is safe to put on our asphalt shingles. The Dabella website even says should be above 40 degrees. We cannot talk to contractors because we don't speak spanish. I'm frustrated and have such buyers remorse that not only do I have to worry about the new roof but that we are also in a warranty with a company that treats new customers like this. I cannot imagine if we have troubles down the road due to the cold temp installation. I truly wouldn't purchase anything from this company again. I can only hope that someone front their corporate office hears my concerns and helps us out since we are already under contract. Total scam. The kid came here to take up my time with useless information about the owner and his charitable donations like I give a damn about any of this. This is an update on my review from over a month ago. Dabella continues to use multiple fake unlisted phone numbers from different areas to harass me. They call early in the morning and at night! One of the two reps talked non-stop, saying little worth hearing and was patronizing, He wanted to know if I lived alone and where I worked! He spewed his useless sales pitch to the very end, even after I told him I'd heard enough. Each time I tried to end the conversation, he'd lower the price. Clueless!! If you read all of the negative reviews of DaBella, my review would be like those. I am so thankful my niece was here at the time the salesman was. After being talked and questioned like an uneducated person, I told him I had an appointment in another town. He asked where the appointment was, I told him Yakima and my niece was taking me. I told him several times we needed to go. He just kept fiddling with his laptop and phone. I told him that I was told that the salesperson would only be here for about 45 minutes when I spoke to someone the evening before. This meeting went on and on until I said we have to go. He finally packed up and left. I told my niece I was almost ready for her to call 911. It was ridiculous!!! My estimate was for over $30,000. No senior discount either!! Siding estimate. Ok, I posted a negative review earlier when this project first started. We were PRESURED INTO and LIED to by the DaBella sales person.When all we wanted was an estimate. So that started this whole mess. The manager came and met with us, and things started to go better so.,I removed the first negative review. The product itself is a good product. But very expensive. The installer company they use is not. You can not communicate with them because they do not speak nor understand English very well. Many things have gone wrong since then.So now the installers said they are done with there job of putting on the siding.We were told they would have a dumpster here for them to throw the trash in as they took it off, another lie. THEY left piles of trash all over our yard, no telling when it will get cleaned up,and left all the electrical and none electrical things they disconnected, disconnected. We also have to have Fossen's send out someone to check our gas fireplace because it stopped working while the installers were working on that side of our house, it was working fine until they began there destruction on that side. We now have to hire a electrician to come out to reconnect all the electrical they disconnected. Plus they cut through our phone line. The manager won't get back with us. We have had multiple problems arise during this siding project,which the manager of DaBella tried to make right. But now they are finished , and we are left with all these wires hanging down. Nothing reconnected and piles of trash all over the yard and personal yard decorations of mine buried under the pile of trash. They left us with all these extra cost we have to pay to repair. We need to hirer an electrician to put back everything they disconnected as well as buying new light fixtures for the ones they tore up when taking them down. We have to pay for a phone company to come out and run us a new phone line for the one the installers cut threw, We have to have our home security company send someone to come out to hook our cameras back up,which is not cheap. You can not communicate with the contractor because they are from Ukraine and doesn't speak nor understand English very well. We bought the siding because we were PRESURED, into because we were told our house had mold, once everything was taken off guess what? NO MOLD! We have boxes of siding left over which DaBella says we didn't pay for,that they always order extra, so if "we didn't pay for it.,who did"? I'm sure it was included in the price we have to pay.I feel it should be refunded out of our bill. But that won't happen. We have to wait for the manager of the installers to come out an inspect the work. In the meantime we have piles of trash all over our yard. BOTTOM LINE: if you want to be lied to and ripped off, feel free to hire dabella for your siding project. My advice, DON'T!!! RUN LIKE HELL!! Also.,they tore up my Japanese maple tree and two rhododendron bushes. We will NEVER USE THIS COMPANY DABELLA EVER AGAIN. After everything we've gone through. You do not treat customers that way. Scammed my mother who is 69 into additional work. She is not tech savvy. Called for an estimate that 2 other companies valued at 10-13k, she thought she was signing to receive/complete the estimate, and ended up signing for new gutters, and a whole roof. ($35k) My mother is on a fixed income and was trying to get this paid for with the coverage from the insurance of the person. Be careful!!! This company has no problem with stealing from the elderly. There is actually a law against this: Consumer fraud targeting seniors, vulnerable individuals. (1) It is the intent of this section to increase civil penalties for consumer fraud targeting a senior or a vulnerable individual. (2) Any consumer fraud that targets a senior or a vulnerable individual, as defined in RCW 9.35.005, is subject to civil penalties of three times the amount of actual damages. This section increases penalties where a plaintiff proceeds under any existing cause of action under statute or common law and successfully proves that he or she was victim to consumer fraud that targeted him or her as a senior or vulnerable individual. Asked for a quote for new windows. DaBella was told we were seeking competing bids for the job and would not commit to anyone until after getting bids. They made multiple trips to our home after we requested just a simple quote. They insisted on completing a lengthy (3 hour) presentation and were not up front about pricing, playing sales games by calling the manager and negotiating price, then basically wouldn't leave after they were told. They called the manager again and offered us a lower price that was "for today only" to pressure us into an immediate contract. The final price was competitive, but the sales tactics are aggressive. read more

DISCRIMINATORY! To say the least! A representative of DaBella was in our neighborhood knocking on doors offering their services for a free quote for exterior repairs. We set up an appointment for the next day. The representative came back an hour later and told my mom the appointment could not be kept because she was not ENGLISH speaking! Keep in mind this representative was in a small agricultural rural community composed of 90% Hispanic population. I contacted DaBella offices appalled by this. Their words. "We want our customers to read and sign in English". I wasn't aware names also changed to "English"- they expect a person to go from MARIA to MARY. We wanted a quote for new windows. DaBella called us, and we advised that we weren't buying at this time, just wanted info. They scheduled the same day appointment, and their salesman advised us his presentation would take 90 minutes. When he arrived, we told him we were only interested in information. He continued his presentation, which took over three hours and repeatedly. We told him we only wanted information, that we weren't making a decision at this time. he ignored us, and when we asked him to politely leave as we felt the appointment was more than over he continued on and called his boss as if to get the "Manager" to close the deal. Again we said the appointment was over, and we asked him politely to leave. Finally his manager got on the phone and tried to close us again. we explained the whole thing and again he didn't listen. Since that night, we have had four calls from each with a high-pressure tone, trying to get us to commit to windows. We are really displeased with this company. DaBella sales people, Shanelle P and Tacoda Anker, contacted me the same day after I'd done an internet search on Angi.com for roofing companies. Between them they hounded us like prey. After several visits and phone calls we invested at least 6 hours in discussions at our home during late afternnon meetings. Finally, I signed an agreement for two roofs for a total of $73,000.00 so they would stop bothering us! Then I read other reviews and realized they were not recommended. I went to my local post office to send them a telegram to cancel this transaction. My post office doesn't send telegrams, so I called both reps. Shanelle did not answer, but her sales team leader, Tacoda, argued with me for many minutes when I said I wanted to cancel. At the end of our conversation he said he was going to have his boss call me. This was a threatening action on his part. Professional salespersons, great product, and exceptional warranty. We needed to replace the old lap siding on our house and DaBella was extremely responsive setting up a free estimate the next day. Their agent, Alvaro, was extremely professional and highlighted not only the high quality of their product but also all the little extras they do during installation (very important to us) and their exceptional warranties (decades!!). Great as Alvaro and DaBella were though, my wife and I needed some time to think and compare products, and we greatly appreciated Alvaro respected that need. A few weeks later DaBella followed up with us and sent another great agent, Jesse, who was able to help reduce the cost to fit within our budget.
