I called all over town and got quotes from 5 different roofing contractors. Ben with Integrity came out, checked out our roof, and gave us a quote for a 30 year Pabco Premier Roof. He also spent a few minutes reviewing color options and gave me a time frame of when it could be completed. Ben told me that a 40 and 50 year roof weren't worth it in my case due to the pitch. I appreciate straight-shooters, especially when it comes to contractors. Ben's quote was in line with the low estimates and we decided to use him based on their quality of work with many of the local houses that he referenced me to. Day 1: Ben's crew arrived on site and knocked out the entire demo! We have a lot of square footage on our roof. I figured out would take closer to two days. Keith was the foreman on my job. He was fantastic (except he's a Raiders fan!). He kept me updated on the status whenever I was interested. The crew did a great job of cleanliness also. They put tarps down and kept everything clean throughout the entire process. Day 2: The crew arrived and big a big portion of the roof. It was brutally hot out, so Ben told me he wasn't going to make his guys work through the heat of the day (I was glad to hear it!). They did a ton of work and finished about 75% of it. Day 3: The crew showed up and finished up the rest of my roof before noon. I also paid them a little bit extra to install a solar vent on my roof. They showed me pictures of the entire installation process to show me what exactly they did. It looks great and was installed just like it needed to be. Overall, our roof looks fantastic and we couldn't have asked for anything more. Aside from the new roof, you'd never even know they were here! I've got a background in Construction and I'll tell you this - Ben and his crews knows their stuff. Integrity Construction does high quality work at a reasonable price. There's nothing else you can want from your contractor! I will recommend these guys to everyone that I know. If you need a new roof, make sure to give these guys a call! You won't regret it!

We overnighted a check 4 months ago and was told that we'd have a new roof 6 weeks from signing the contract. Ben has never made one attempt to reach out to us, except after we threatened a lawsuit. He told us that he scheduled our roof to be installed last week. Didn't show, didn't call. Still no roof. We have been very patient as he has given us 6 or 7 different reasons as to why we keep getting delayed but at this point, we just simply can't trust him, he's taken over 12k and hasnt produced a single receipt after months of trying to get on some schedule. Writing bad reviews is literally one of one last attempts and trying to get Ben to call us back, give us our money back or do what he said and give us a roof, but at this point, there is no trust for him or his company. Edit: I forgot to mention that he asks for a 5 star review when you sign the contract, even before doing any work. Edit: Ben has agreed to cancel the contract after 5 months of waiting and us literally having no other choice but to find another roofer to get our roof done before rain season comes in. Since the call where we mutually agreed it best to separate ways, Ben stated he would send us a check. This call was on August 24th. Since then he has not responded to a single text or phone call. I signed a contract with Benjamin/Greystone exteriors in August of 2021 and we wrote him a $30,000…read morecheck for materials which was approximately 60% of our total cost for re-siding and gutters. He said it would take 6 weeks to get supplies and then we'd be scheduled and he'd have the job completed by end of October 2021. We communicated in September or October when he informed us getting the siding trim would be a problem as James Hardy had stopped producing it until they could get caught up on siding orders. We communicated monthly at my request from then until April as we waited for him to get materials. After our April communication, he ghosted me and I heard from him occasionally via text. He butt dialed once in June. I got a few sporadic texts but he wouldn't answer his phone and rarely answered my texts. In June he did say he had good news and would call me. The call never came. I asked him in September of 2022 (last month) if we could get scheduled and he said he could schedule us and I should call him when I have time. I called him from my work phone and he picked up and said he'd have to call me back. No call ever came and no scheduling ever occurred. I gave him until the end of this week before I report him to the BBB, attorney general, and find myself a lawyer. I gave him plenty of time to get this done and now my patience has expired. Avoid this company at all costs.

They started insurance claim work and sent the insurance company an estimate. I received an initial insurance payout. I did not hear from them fall or winter. I just figured that they couldn't do it during the cold months so I'd wait until spring. I made an in-office stop to discover that my account had been moved to a "inactive" file. They said they would move it back to "active". I have contacted Willy's three times since requesting a copy of the estimate to no avail. It is a good thing that Willy's Roofing in Yakima, WA didn't paint a business sign on their office building. There is only a banner - which can be taken down very easily. I anticipate that happening before long with such shoddy treatment of potential customers. I wish there was a no-star (zero) rating option, Willy's would qualify.
