We had a strong experience during the sales process, but execution has been extremely disappointing. The project has been plagued by months of delays, and there are items I paid for that were never completed. I've also made multiple attempts to reach my sales representative without any response. Specifically, I paid for black gutters with upgraded screens, yet silver screens were installed instead of matching black. This created terrible look when pulling the driveway. Its a complete eye sore. I now have to hire another contractor to correct it. Additionally, the snow breaks I paid for were not fully installed. They left debris all over the place, the cuts were sharp and jagged, some gutters leaked and overall done poorly. In addition, I paid for the spikes to be installed every 18 inch instead of the standard 24 inch spread and they did not do this, but charged me an upcharge for it. Overall, this has been a highly frustrating experience and a significant letdown. Would not recommend at ALL! read more

Like another review, they were very prompt to come out and give a bid. The salesman said it would take a few weeks to get started; that was last September. We kept calling with no answer to our question and no call-back as to when they would get started, then, finally, in February they replaced our old roof and old gutters with new. The gutters are very poorly done, screws missing, etc. Well, then it rained...there is more water pouring out of the seams in the downspouts than actually coming out of the spouts! On the corners of the house the rain is running down between the roof and the gutters and not even hitting the gutter. There were spots in the roof line where they did not put a gutter so rain pours off the roof edge onto the deck. Also, the roofing along the chimney is very poorly place, sticks up and really looks like it is going to blow off. I have never given a bad review on a company but this company certainly deserves what they are getting. The service and communication is terrible, and we worry about the actual product now. I would not recommend them for roofing or gutters. Oh yes, We have called many times now and left an email but still no response. This is from Yakima, Washington. read more

Started out great! Called for an estimate they showed up within days of requesting a quote. I called back to schedule the work and their secretary put me on the schedule and said it would be a couple of weeks out. Well about 3 - 4 weeks later I called 3 times and left messages and none of my phone calls were returned. Knowing it was not an emergency but wanting to find out when they were coming out I contacted Hershel and he informed me they would come out the 12th. They didn't end up showing up. I received a phone call right before 5 on the day they were supposed to have installed my gutters from Hershel letting me know that Brenda his secretary was sick and how she should have called me to let me know the day before that they weren't going to come up. After letting him know I felt like it was very unprofessional he begins to tell me that I'm #26 of 300 people on the schedule. So I guess he doesn't need my money. He wanted to come out the next day but I already had plans to not be in town. We ended up scheduling for Saturday but after talking with my husband we decided to cancel. If that's how they do business who knows what the quality of their work is. After reading other reviews on Yelp. I'm thinking maybe they did me a favor. With the severe winter weather this past year, we had a number of ice dams and some roof damage as a result. After getting bids from a few vendors, we decided to have Continuous Gutters, who installed all of our gutters when our house was built, install heat cables where needed. Herschel, the owner, came to do it, and we could not be more pleased! He spent the entire day, cleaning the roof (which was covered with needles), installing new heat cables in all the gutters and along key sections of the roof line, and inspecting the roof. He noticed that we had some damage done to one of the roof valleys by the company we hired to break up the ice dams - and he repaired that damage. Everything about our experience with Continuous Gutters was exceptional: on time, a fair price, very kind and professional, and extremely thorough. We would give them 10 stars if we could!! read more

They were awesome all the worker's we're courteous and kind. They worked hard and took care of business when they were here and they couldn't have done a better job on the siding and gutters they even left me some of the left over materials so if something happened like I needed to change something or I told him I was wanting to put the recept outside and also a light on my back porch since there wasn't one They left the material here to do it read more

Started out great with the estimator showing up a couple hours after the call but it went down hill from there. The new gutters look great but that's where it stops. They said they would call when they were doing the job but no call came in rather we found out because our cameras picked them up. They even jumped our fence to the backyard (which I'm glad our dogs weren't outside). They also left a mess from the old gutters...just left it like they didn't care. The biggie was the estimator said they would check the flow of one of the areas they were replacing and it didn't happen. I called them on it and they said they would come by the next day (last Friday)...no show and no call. I texted that evening and no response. I texted him again on Tuesday and he said they would come out later that day and check it out...again, no call and no show. Extremely unprofessional and pretty sad that they can't back up what they promise and even worse treat their customers like crap once the job is "finished". I hope there aren't any issues with the gutters because I don't want to deal with this company ever again. read more

FOR YAKIMA WA We had old 40 year old gutters replaced because they were loosening over time and there was a leak between roof edge and gutter. For various reason, we decided to replace instead of repair. Pros: They showed up on time, gutters were good quality. Cons: The gutters still have the same problem, just in a different spot. First they left a corner roof edge turned up. I pointed this out while they were here. They said roof nails were dislodged during gutter removal and they would fix. They left without fixing. They responded to a call-back and fixed this. During the next rain, I noticed the same problem (but in a different spot) of leaking between roof edge and gutter. It appears that when they removed the old gutters, the board they are attached to was loosened and never put back properly in place causing the gutter to be too far back from the roof edge. I sent photos of the improper alignment of the board, the gap between gutter and roof, a video of the leaking. Over a month ago and NO RESPONSE. $800 and same problem. Do not recommend. read more

I hired Continuous Gutter & Roofing to reroof our small Cabin. The installers did a great job and the final project look good. But I sent in my first payment May 17 thinking the job would be completed in late May or early June. Shortly after cashing my check they informed me that they didn't have any material, if they would have told me that before cashing my check I obviously would have cancelled the job. This was a 6 and 1/2 week delay. So job didn't start until the week of July 4th. Then partway through the job they ran out of material again leaving my roof partially completed for almost 2 weeks which was stressful, but luckily there was no rain or other problems. Consequentially the roof was not completed until the very last days of July. read more

Very happy with this company. They cleaned out the gutters, replaced a few broken downspouts, washed off my room and fixed/repaced the cap on my chimney. The price was very appropriate for the services provided and they worked around my busy schedule - they gave me a quote after visiting the exterior of my house when I was away and completed the work independently.
