Then when we chose different sample for both hardwood and carpets, he went to check the prices of each one for 15 minutes each time. No way it takes that long to look up the price individually. The carpet installer did a good job but left the place a mess. I thought they would have at least cleaned up or vacuumed. The hardwood installer did a good job. Don't remember name, possibly Doug. But Paul overcharged us quite a bit including boxes of hardwood not used by us. Luckily we noticed and told him to change the bill. Not happy with Paul one bit.

The vent runs east and west on the south side of the room he snakes the plunger north a foot from my daughters room in electric cords running from breaker to her room. How can you claim to clean vents when you don't even put the snake plunger in the vent. It's the simplest and easiest job in the world. I used a coat hanger to pull it ouT grabbing the head of it from the hole In The ceiling. You could've burned down their house by starting and electrical fire or ripped the electric cables out of the breaker. I bet you were pulling hard because the cables were pulled into the truss behind the head of the snake. I pulled the head to the hole in ceiling by door. Look two reviews down. Ashley M. She states he was awful. And he left the snake plunger stuck in ceiling. In pictures over head view of this guys shotty work.
