Disappointing Experience at Daata Bray
We recently visited Daata Brat for a group dinner of 7. While the ambiance was pleasant and the majority of the dishes we ordered were delicious (chicken tikka, aloo spinach tikka, biriyani, afghani chicken, balochi paneer, lamb keema matar, dal, chana masala), our experience was significantly marred by the poor service regarding the vegetable samosas.
The vegetable samosas, which we ordered as starters, unfortunately had a rotten potato filling. We informed the waiter about the issue, but his response was unprofessional. He initially denied the problem, then switched to speaking in Hindi, and even tasted the half-eaten samosa himself, essentially implying we were lying.
This dismissive attitude was particularly concerning, as it made us feel like our complaint wasn't taken seriously.
While the rest of the food was good, this incident significantly impacted our overall dining experience. It's important for restaurants to address customer concerns promptly and professionally. In this case, the waiter's response fell short of expectations. read more
