When I got home and took it out of the box, I discovered the lace was damaged (I so wish I had taken a picture if I know I'd be writing this review). I immediately called the number listed on Google but go no answer, straight to voicemail--so I had no choice but to drive back in the rain. I spoke with who I believe was the manager or the owner's son. After checking my receipt, he returned with a replacement of the same wig and, in a very nonchalant and rude manner, accused me of causing the damage, loudly stating that it was not a manufacturer defect and that "someone" must have tried it on and pulled it out. This was extremely untrue and unprofessional. This was a $50 quick wig. I can replace it easily, and I would not have driven through the rain if the damage had been my fault. Your business sold me a damaged product, and instead of handling it professionally, emotions took over. This is my first time here and I am highly disappointed. Please do better.

At times that could be the good, the bad or the ugly but, at least it's a measure that makes business more palatable to those of us who have issues of poor treatment by other minorities selling merchandise in a predominantly black neighborhoods. This store has a lot of stock when it comes to hair, they have all textures. You can purchase braiding hair, crochet braids, wigs, weave hair, jewelry, scarfs, sunglasses anything that has to do with beauty, you will find here. My only disappointment is there are a lot of brands that are available that they do not sell. It could be for a lack of market I'm not sure. The hair that is often shown on YouTube tutorials such as Motown is not available at this store. But they are consistently stocked and that's a plus!

I've had such an amazing experience under Dr. Undavia's care! My lips are my favorite feature now I was greeted by the kind staff and seen quickly after signing in. ( I don't know the name of all the staff but everyone was so sweet and Mishel is awesome!) My procedure was quick and I was able to wear clear lip balm afterwards without noticeable discoloration or swelling like I was afraid of. After countless rounds of medication and hundreds of dollars for our copay, my husband found Dr. Undavia's office in the beginning of January. I went to his office and his entire staff was so friendly. Dr Undavia and his intake nurse listened to me and asked many questions to find out what was going on. He put me on a four week treatment plan, and I was completely functional by the second week. I can't thank him and his staff enough.
