I don't think I have a need to come back here but I did just want to say this mall has potential compared to some that are completely empty but it's so sad they let the outside get so run down. Some highlights were Cinnabon, Burlington, Aeropostale, famous footwear, finish line and Windsor but there's a lot of other stores listed. A lot of them are outlet stores as well. This mall is also connected to a Walmart and a Marshall's home goods which are accessible with their own entrances.

Sunglasses: There's a nice variety of designer sunglasses. Ray Ban, Tory Burch, Wild Fox Couture and Mui Mui just to name a few. Ranging anywhere from $59 to about $125. She made it seem that it was the dress company and my fault. It was the only dress that had missing tags cut off the dress. Even made a statement about my daughter's size in front of my daughter. She lied about the dress size ordered being inaccurate. Then went on to saying I placed the order for the wrong size dress, and she would give me my money back. God knows if I had all the merchandise purchased, I would have taken all my money back and walked out. However, I only had the items I was exchanging with me so I decided that I would suck it up and continue to find another dress and then never step foot in that store again. Instead of her trying to help a customer who just spent $600 in her store there was absolutely no customer service given. NONE!! I immediately began looking for another dress in the size I originally ordered. The dress given was half the size of what I found. Thank God I did find a dress in the correct size needed. When I was leaving, I told her thank you and so she knows that I would never spend another dime in that store ever again. She had the audacity to say, "Good, you were the absolute worst customer I ever had." I laughed and walked out. The first time was when we were patiently waiting in line for 25 minutes for my daughters to try on dresses. After waiting in line because there are only 2 dressing rooms, she told us we needed to hurry up once we got in there. We were patient allowing other customers to try on dresses, why now did we have to be rushed. 2. The second time was via phone. Where I called to speak with a manager, she told me a manager by that name did not work there, and she "Could take my number or not?" 3. The third time was via phone, because she refused to exchange my daughters dresses, despite after every dress we liked they told me could be ordered in my daughters size, but then when they tried to order them, the dresses were always discontinued or not available in her size. She became extremely irate with me on the phone, to go as far as using profanity and then hanging up on me. I will never support a store that does not value customer service and is not willing to hear the customer especially after the "manager" is as rude as she is. I will continue to write complaints on all platforms until something is done about the treatment in this store.

Most places don't carry my size, 14, but she assured me that they did and she showed me how they put a yellow sticker on those hard to find sizes. They are having a big sale so even though I'll have trouble getting them in my luggage, I bought six pairs which totaled only $170. If you don't get service like that from other employees, ask when Felicia is working. Then walk out and only return when she's there.
