My recent experience in this store was absolutely the worst. I spent $600+ ordering dresses for a wedding. One of the dress was clearly the incorrect size so I decided to take my daughter to the store to pick out another dress. The lady at the store was completely RUDE and UNPROFESSIONAL. She made it seem that it was the dress company and my fault. It was the only dress that had missing tags cut off the dress. Even made a statement about my daughter's size in front of my daughter. She lied about the dress size ordered being inaccurate. Then went on to saying I placed the order for the wrong size dress, and she would give me my money back. God knows if I had all the merchandise purchased, I would have taken all my money back and walked out. However, I only had the items I was exchanging with me so I decided that I would suck it up and continue to find another dress and then never step foot in that store again. Instead of her trying to help a customer who just spent $600 in her store there was absolutely no customer service given. NONE!! I immediately began looking for another dress in the size I originally ordered. The dress given was half the size of what I found. Thank God I did find a dress in the correct size needed. When I was leaving, I told her thank you and so she knows that I would never spend another dime in that store ever again. She had the audacity to say, "Good, you were the absolute worst customer I ever had." I laughed and walked out. She clearly did not say have a problem the two times I was in there prior to this incident spending my money ordering and picking up my order while buying shoes etc. Ladies please I beg you please find another store to shop in for your kids. This is not a store for your beautiful daughters to shop. I am burning up inside right now because I want all my money back. I know I would have to put up another argument to go back to that store so, I am avoiding it. This woman does not care about our beautiful little girls we want to dress in those beautiful dresses. She is RUDE and should not run a business like this for kids. God knows if I ever find a way to open a store like SOPHISTIKIDS, I will locate it right across from this one and sell all the dresses at a fraction of her cost just to put her out of business. read more

Unfortunately, I had the worse experience shopping at Sophistikids, for the 3 times I have physically been in the store. No one helps you pick out dresses and The manager/Sales Representative Sophie was extremely unprofessional, rude and does not know how to talk to customers. On 3 occasions she was extremely unbearable, and for this I will no long be shopping at this store. 1. The first time was when we were patiently waiting in line for 25 minutes for my daughters to try on dresses. After waiting in line because there are only 2 dressing rooms, she told us we needed to hurry up once we got in there. We were patient allowing other customers to try on dresses, why now did we have to be rushed. 2. The second time was via phone. Where I called to speak with a manager, she told me a manager by that name did not work there, and she "Could take my number or not?" 3. The third time was via phone, because she refused to exchange my daughters dresses, despite after every dress we liked they told me could be ordered in my daughters size, but then when they tried to order them, the dresses were always discontinued or not available in her size. She became extremely irate with me on the phone, to go as far as using profanity and then hanging up on me. I will never support a store that does not value customer service and is not willing to hear the customer especially after the "manager" is as rude as she is. I will continue to write complaints on all platforms until something is done about the treatment in this store. read more

I was in this store today communion dress shopping with my daughter and some family. The manager with the blonde hair was EXTREMELY rude and aggressive in her tone of voice. She was not helpful and told me I asked too many questions. This is awful customer service. My daughter was in tears over the way she treated us. When looking online there are multiple negative reviews regarding this "manager". I suggest she be fired or she needs to get some training in customer service before she ruins the business. I will no longer be a patron at this store. That woman should be ashamed of how she treats paying customers who are asking simple questions regarding products and policies. read more

The people in this store are ridiculously rude! I'm have never been to a store where they treat their customers so poorly, if you're a business owner you should not be racist. Clearly you're are going to have people from all different parts of the world and the shouldn't be treated differently just because of the color of their skin or where they come from. not to mention that the store is a complete mess it seem like the never clean anything up. I don't understand how you can let mice run around your store especially when they are running all over the children's clothes , if this is your business you should at least clean it up.All the dresses are poorly made. I have no reason to go into a store like this seeing as I have a son; however a friend of mine's daughter just turned 5 and she is having a princess party! With her moms permission she was aloud to pick out anything she wanted no matter what it was or if it matched! Upon entering the store NOT ONE of the THREE employee's greeted us. They stood there and talked among themselves!! After browsing for a bit my friend's daughter chose the dress she wanted and tried it on. We then headed to look for shoes and at this point no one has still asked us if we needed help. All we got from the employee's was for them to unlock the dressing room door. While we were looking for shoes My friend's daughter chose a set of gold one's she like. We needed to see if we could get the size she needed. I took the shoe and headed to the register to find that no one was around. They were all in the back of the store and not out here helping us THE CUSTOMERS!! You think this is bad so far? It only got worse!! Instead of just saying we are out of that size, I got a whole speech on how the only make them up to an 8 and then start back up at adult sizes. Like not only have you been rude but you just wasted 10 minutes of my life!! We ended up looking at different shoes and now we need to see if it's in her size. This time the gentleman wasn't around but a woman was, so we asked her and she gets this attitude about how it doesn't match the dress. =/ Again, we are not here to make this stuff match, we are here to make a 5 year old little girl have the princess party she wants and how she wants!!! FINALLY, after much hassle of them not have ANYTHING in her size we get a pair she likes and is in her size. The 3rd employee goes to the back to get the shoes in the right size, while we are standing there waiting to be waited on the gentleman is playing with his and the 2nd females cell phones. This man then decided to make a comment "Someone needs to go back to school to learn to color coordinate".... ARE YOU FREAKING KIDDING ME???????????????? This little girl is 5, she is aloud to dress her self and mis-match. It's part of being a kid, you are meant to be different and stand out, so if she wants a white dress with a red head piece, red socks and pink shoes, then guess what.... she is aloud to!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! I expect customers to act the way this staff did!!! But for the employee's... No, They were rude, ignorant, and beyond disrespectful!!! I will never again shop in this store and I would advise no one to!! 100% rudeness and no concern for the customer!!!! read more

I had a terrible experience here shopping for a flower girl dress. The manager of the store was so lazy and would not really help. We found a dress we loved on a mannequin and asked if we could try it on. The manger than said no you need to find a dress on the floor ( already on a hanger) and made up multiple excuses as to why we couldn't see the dress even saying my little sister was to big for the dress we wanted to see- really she was just to lazy to take it down for us! I took the dress from the manaqin myself and it fit fine !!!! We didn't really need much help as we knew what we were looking for but the little we did need we couldn't get! As we were leaving she was talking about us to another employee ! She was very unprofessional and I would not recommend going to this store !!!!! read more

I had a terrible experience at this store! The managers at this store are racist and don't understand the meaning of customer service. The entire time I was in the store she was staring at me and as I was placing things on the counter to buy she would put them away. I told her I wanted to buy them and she just ignored me. After I bought several items I asked to see a boxed item, before I could even finish seeing it, she snatched the item out of my hands and asked if I was Spanish. Their return policy basically does not allow for any returns so I couldn't even return the things I just purchased. Complete buyers remorse! Then I found much better items at another store for a fraction of the cost. read more

Horrible customer service. I have both visited the store and called here in the past and have not been satisfied, however today took the cake! I called for an estimate on children's suits and the lady couldn't give the time of day. It's noon on a Tuesday and they open at 10am. I doubt the store was filled with customers! She kept telling me to just come to the store and see for myself and since I have been there before I know what they have like I'm there every day. I explained that I was browsing for prices because it's for a wedding and she couldn't have been more rude, it was disgusting! She hung up on me with out even trying to answer my question! Definitely shopping somewhere else from now on! It sucks because they really have nice things and all sizes but I'd rather shop online at kids formal! read more
