You just tell them what you like and the quantities and they'll make it happen!
They serve panigacci, a type of round, unleavened bread, baked in a special terracotta dish, red-heated in a wood-burning oven. You can eat it boiled or crunchy, and combine it with cold cuts, cheeses, various sauces and, as you can see, even with Nutella! We started with an appetizer of boiled panigacci: oil and parmigiano, local pesto, and mushroom sauce. Our main course was crunchy panigacci with sliced meats, stracchino, blue cheese, and grilled veggies. We ended the meal with panigacci and Nutella! What a phenomenal meal!
As far as the location it is a bit out of the way, but totally worth it for the food experience, the wonderful staff and the views! read more
