I loved my experience at this location. Service was amazing and I had one of the best smash burgers EVER! The aesthetics and style were impeccable! Thank you for your awesome hospitality on Sunday! I can't wait to try the other items in your menu

I highly recommend this place!! The service is super quick, the people are so nice, and the food is absolutely delicious, and the prices are so affordable. Great for a quick lunch or hanging out for dinner. More in-depth... I have to say these are the best wings I've ever had! (and yes I've been to Buffalo) Being able to eat them cleanly and in one bite is such a game-changer for me since my biggest gripe with eating wings is how messy and annoying they are with trying to get all the meat off. The pizza and smash burgers are amazing as well. I don't normally enjoy Detroit style pizza, but the focaccia pizza is so light and airy but still keeps that nice crunch to it, that it has kind of converted me. Da Fox Shroomie pizza is my favorite, the flavor is on point with the Hen of the Woods Mushrooms and the chili crisp on top! The smash burgers are also legitimately "smashed". They get that nice caramelized edge that I want in a smash burger. Da Marty is chefs kiss with the Muenster cheese, caramelized onions, and a horsey cream sauce on it. So freaking delicious! Seriously you have to give this place a try.

See no clue as to what they sell. Looks like they sell dog treats.

Wings were meaty but very dry. I did not get the spicy sauce so maybe that would have helped.

So far the best hamburger in RDU and consistent quality, taste and service!…read more Venue: casual, burger joint. Full bar available in front if you want to watch sports game. High top and bar seat in the bar. Tables and booth seating in the restaurant. Food: ordered good ol' cheese burger which you can make your own (you can pick type of protein for the patty, veggies, cheese, sauce etc). Patty is cooked just like we asked- juicey and well flavored. Deviled egg was phenomenal- little rich and on the salty side but it only compliments their amber ale to chug. Another complimenting dish to the ale is definitely fried pickle. Portion is good=big. Oh, came here another time. Burger was good again. I ordered Philly cheese, which I loved the taste but the ground beef instead of shaved beef was not for me. Service: both times, the service was great. Fast and very attentive. Price: I think the price is reasonable if not, really great. $4 pint amber ale? It's a steal!

Ultimately, this was a generally terrible experience. The service was slow, the food was terrible,…read moreand I saw a health code violation. It took a while for the waitress to come over and take our order. The restaurant was not busy (other than our table there was only one other) and it took 10 minutes to be asked what we wanted to drink. Then it took another 10 minutes for the water to show up and to have our orders taken. I ordered the Bad Ass Burger with fries. The fries arrived cold and floppy. I let the waitress know the fries were cold and she graciously took then and had them remade. The second set, arrived hot and floppy...and were unseasoned. The burger itself was terrible. The meat patties were not seasoned and overcooked (ordered medium arrived well done). Ultimately, the food was just disappointing. Lastly, I saw one of the cooks vaping over the food.

The service is always pretty quick and the servers are kind. My time and true has always been the Smokehouse Cheddar burger, and it never disappoints. And the menu had a good variety of things that would make me want to come back and try. Also the vibes were good it seems like a good place to watch a game. To start off the meal we ordered some fried pickles as an appetizer and I loved them. They were just the right amount of crunchy and flavorful. The crinkle cut fries are a sleeper in the industry and if you do them right they are great and adding a dipping sauce is the way to go. Now onto the burger I got a smash burger with lettuce Moe joe sauce and cheese. It was a very solid burger! On my one bite score I gave it a 7.7 which is a very good score. The bun was hit or miss. For the other two burgers that had more toppings on them the bottom bun quickly got soggy. For mine it was fine the whole time. Overall I really enjoyed it and definitely would love to try different things on the menu next time.

Service could be better, but it's not bad. Decor and the bar were very cool and well designed parts of the restaurant. We ordered the Alabama Slammer and Classic Cheeseburger with truffle fries. We received regular fries at first, but were able to get what we originally ordered (truffle fries) after talking to the servers. If you order the truffle fries, make sure to grab a fork or extra napkins (or both)! Eating them gets real messy. Overall, a nice, casual burger spot in Raleigh with great fries.

Located in the newer section of North Hills, CowBar is a more sophisticated rendition of their Morgan Street Food Hall location. Very similar with maybe a few extras, you order up front, get a number, self-service soft drinks and condiments in the back and wait for you eats. Pick up your meal at the counter and it's time to eat! I did their popular truffle burger with fries Italiano and OMG! The burger was amazingly tender, rich and delicious. Tender grilled beef, smoky Gouda cheese, caramelized onions and truffle flavoring throughout. The skin-on fries with shaved parm, rosemary and garlic made for the perfect side. While the bar is not open yet, it looks like CowBar North Hills will have some beers and drinks to go with your burger. Overall I am super happy with what I experienced at CowBar. While the food is a touch pricey, it's totally worth the money and a better option to dine here, versus a crowded, noisy spot. Enjoy, Raleigh. You may have the best burger in the Triangle with CowBar!
