Ordering is a breeze with Nay's "cut sheet" - which is their order form. Little in the way to screw things up, so you get what you order. The meat comes vacuum packed in plastic which is really helpful. The meat has historically been the best. Buyers should be aware that these are not "pen" based industrial animals. They are small ranch, mostly range fed and allowed to move. So the meat is slightly different than store bought. Consequently, marbling varies. We now greatly prefer this quality of meat over store bought and are extremely happy with our purchases from Nay's meats. We intend to restock after we happily eat our way through this last purchase!

We have tried several others over the years and were never impressed. Gene at 101 exceeds our expectations and is always very helpful and great results. Packaging has always been vacuumed sealed and conveniently placed into easy-to-handle boxes for transportation home. I also asked for the organ meat to be ground with the ground beef but it was not.Now I have a bunch of organs I have to grind myself or give to the dog. We've also found bits of bone and lots of gristle in every package of ground beef. I asked for the bones too so I could make bone broth and all the bones were packaged in fabreeze garbage bags. Now my bones smell terrible and are covered in chemicals. When we went to pick up our meat everything was packaged in USPS boxes which i'm assuming he picked up for free at the post office. We will not be using them again.
