They do present themselves as a family own company and how they wanna help, communication was a significant issue the entire time that we were building this pool their lead Logan was the best communicator, but the remaining people were not. now four years later we have tile falling off grout cracking to the point that all the tile needs to be removed and replaced. We called sparks to have them come and look at it since it's only been four years that we've had this pool completed and this should not be happening. They have a new subcontractor that does the tile work. He told us that this was not the first pool he's looked at that has the same problem. The tile was installed with the wrong product over a fiberglass pool and then the grout that was used was incorrect as well. So now Sparks has sent us a bid for the repair of this. The charges for the grout and the tile is minimal, but they want us to pay for the labor to remove and replace the tile that was never installed correctly at the time the pool was built I would never recommend this company to anyone. In fact, I have reported them to the Better Business Bureau and will flood social media with complaints. I live in Springhill and many people are building pools and there's a lot of new construction out here and it will go on all the different Facebook and Instagram pages about how not to use this company. It's very unfortunate that they can't stand behind their subcontractors that they used and admit their fault in the situation. And then expect us to come up with another $8000 to replace the tile.

The pump motor was not secured to the floor and when the pump was turned on the pump motor would vibrate and move around. The vibrations caused the pvc pipe connected to the pump to become loose and leak. He secured the motor and repaired the leak. He also noticed the ground wire of the pump was not grounded so he got it grounded too. If the ground wire had come in contact with the tub someone would have gotten electrocuted. Matthew fixed all those things and was finished in about an hour. Now out whirlpool works safely again. Great good. Great price. I would hire him again.p

Project manager went out for medical issue and there was no communication from peek as to his return and didn't send anyone out to take over project. Two months later and multiple texts and emails he finally showed back up. After waiting nearly three months with no progress we finally get the plaster done. The crew members were chewing sunflower seeds and spitting shells everywhere and ended up getting shells in the plaster. Oh and don't let me fail to mention that whenever a payment is due they are on your doorstep expecting immediate payment from you without delay, saying they can't complete any more work unless you stroke a check. Well of course I made all payments as requested and now that they got the equipment installed and got all their money they are gone. Well that would be great but two of my pool lights don't work, the gas isn't hooked up to pool heater, I have no idea if equipment is running or even working properly and absolutely no response from company after at least a dozen requests for a service response. I would strongly consider using another company. From what I have heard from others who are familiar with peek, they are no longer the company they were 5-10 years ago. Don't let the pool kings show fool you.

7/8/2026-I strongly regret hiring RIP Current Pool Service--at this point, it feels more like…read more"RIP-OFF POOL SERVICE." We paid approximately $1,000 per month for service ($500) and chemicals($500), so expectations for professionalism and consistency are high. Initially, the service was excellent. The first technician clearly knew what he was doing, and the pool looked great. Unfortunately, that level of service didn't last. After those first few weeks, we were repeatedly sent different VERY untrained employees, and the ​QUALITY DECLINED QUICKLY! The breaking point came when one of their technicians dumped 4 LARGE BAGS OF SALT directly into our pool. If the pool had been properly monitored weekly, there should have been NO need for that volume. The salt has not dissolved properly 2 weeks after service and has settled on the bottom of our black-finished pool--something any experienced professional knows can damage the surface. I have owned multiple saltwater pools and have ​N​EVER-NEVER experienced salt residue sitting on the bottom of a pool even ​2 week after application. That alone raises serious concerns--not only about how the salt was added, but also about the ​"QUALITY" and TYPE OF SALT USED- To make matters worse, their employees spend more time on their phones than actually servicing the pool. I have also witnessed careless handling of equipment, including throwing ​sweeper poles/tools down rather than replacing them properly. On one occasion, their employee damaged a poolside ​A​RT ​ piece--- by ramming the ​pole equipment into it, leaving a hole--never reported the damage. Perfect round hole from the end of a pole brush in my ART. RIP CURRENT work habits are inefficient and frustrating to watch. For example, while addressing salt buildup on the tile, the technician would scrub​ VERY briefly, then stop, step back, and pause for extended periods as if inspecting the work from a distance--despite the issue being clearly visible up close. This pattern repeated throughout the service visit and reflects a lack of urgency and attention to detail.​ He only cleaned a 2.5 ft of tile on the whole pool. The excessive salt has now created significant buildup on our pool tile, which requires additional cleaning--using "their products", at our expense. When we raised concerns, the owner was dismissive and attempted to justify the situation rather than take accountability. Even more concerning, WE WERE TOLD BY RIP CURRENT OWNER-- --without our agreement-- that OUR saltwater pool would NOW be treated as a chlorine pool. --------WHAT!!!!!!!!!!! This is unacceptable. The saltwater pool was built just two years ago, and no service company should unilaterally make that decision.​ WE ARE THE CLIENT!!!!!!!!!! When I questioned the pool technician- the next week, who added​ 4 bags of salt --he admitted his boss later told him it was too much. It appears the company is now trying to manage the consequences of their own mistake while ​W​E PAY FOR THEIR INEFFICIENCY --both financially and in reduced pool quality. The salt level is now so high that the water feels like swimming in the DEAD SEA. Overall, the professionalism of this company is far below what you would expect, especially at this price point. Communication is poor, accountability is lacking, and customer service is dismissive & quality of trained employees is lacking. BUYER BEWARE: THIS COMPANY DOES NOT VALUE ITS CLIENT AND OPERATES WITH A LEVEL OF ARROGANCE THAT IS DIFFICULT TO WORK WITH.

Anytime I had a question or problem (no matter how seemingly minute) he responded and addressed it quickly. I cannot say enough about this company. When I sold my home he talked the new owners through pool care and went the extra mile to create a smooth transition. If I still lived in Nashville, and still had a pool, I would be using them for life. They have always gone above and beyond and are the best in Nashville!
