Another thing that I noticed is that employees are not awarding rewards to customers. It is easy to make a business into your own personal business but when it affects customers it's noticeable. I had previously been to the downtown dispensary and had an awful experience (the budtender sold me $150 worth of CBD oil tincture and told me to smoke in like vape juice!!!). I asked Tim if that sounded weird and he said yes, don't smoke tincture! How dangerous! He then introduced me to their vape products at the time. For being a new patient, they gave me a free gram of their top shelf flower (excellent high and really helped my nerve pain!). I had a few problems with my vape pen battery and saints switched it out for a new one with no questions asked. I've been to all the dispensaries in tucson and I like saints the best. The biggest reason is their staff. Also it's nice to be able to find parking so easily.
