Anytime more than fills the bill. It's clean beyond belief. It's organized. It's got great quality, top of the line equipment that is maintained. The coaches are VERY pleasant and want you to succeed. Both my hubby and I have worked with Luke and he has made SUCH A MEASURABLE DIFFERENCE in our lives. Particularly, for my hubby (the million dollar man due to surgeries) He is regaining strength, balance, endurance and muscle tone and it's all due to his working with Luke. I have lost 14 pounds and a clothing size. I love that you can access them whenever and let yourself in. I love their variety of cardio and strength building equipment and free weights. On Sunday 8/30 no one bothered to make coffee, there were no urns to be had at 11 AM. The men's restroom in the locker room is not being maintained either. There are three urinals, two of them have been out of order for about a month so far. As members we have agreed to pay dues EVERY month. These things should be addressed quickly. They are not keeping up their end of the contract.
