There was deliciously fresh complimentary bread (and complimentary water too, which was amazing to find in Miami). The bread was still hot from the oven, and it was nice and crunchy but still soft. The table had olive oil for the bread too, but I don't think it necessarily needed it because it was so good by itself already. The Valencia Paella had chicken and seafood in it, and I honestly loved the combination. The chicken was cooked perfectly so it was nice and tender and also well-seasoned. The seafood had great flavor, and I really enjoyed trying all the different kinds. I love paella, and I've been looking for a good paella ever since I tried it in Spain for the first time. After debating between a few options in Miami, I was so happy I went with this restaurant because I was very satisfied with their paella. Overall, the food was amazing, and I loved the atmosphere of the restaurant.
