This establishment is if-y. Sometimes they charge what's advertised on their website for services. Sometimes they add an additional $30 to the bill. At Christmas time, I came in for dip which on their website and appointment page reflects $55 but I was charged $85 for my usual dip set. I inquired as to why they charged me more this visit and they tried to say their English was too bad to explain. Maybe their prices go up around the holidays but proceed with caution. I am extremely disappointed with my service that I had done less than 24 hours ago. I wasted $130 for a pedicure and a manicure that has already chipped in less than an hour. I wanted a basic pedicure and asked for callous removal and paraffin that was an additional $30!!! She recommended a pedicure that offered a mask with massage, the mask smelled like old cheap perfume and the massage was less than 3 mins per leg. My toes were painted so sheer that you can see my natural nail, not to mention it's chipped. My manicure looks so sloppy that the skin around my nail has been left stained with the color. If I could give a lesser rate I would!! The service is HORRIBLE and overpriced! I had 2 issues here (I know fool me once shame on you...) the first time came to do my nails as it was close by, the nail technician was beyond rude! I was making sure that the color I asked (powder) was the same and matched what I requested. With an offended tone she snapped and said "well yeah I know this is my job I know what you picked" I was baffled and from that moment onwards I hated getting my nails done in that moment. It was ridiculous! You're supposed to enjoy your mani-pedi experience but that was beyond me! She had time to make a call and complain in English about the day she was having... At the end the front desk lady asked about my experience and I told her what happened her reply was "yeah it's not the first time she's like that I'm sorry" if she's like that why is she working customer service? One of my nails was not straight but had no time to get it fixed that day. The lady at the counter said I could come any other day. 8 days later, I know because crystal let me know that I was going to get charged 5 for my fix! She stated that it's only 7 days for free which was not something the other lady mentioned when I had that HORRIBLE experience. I let it be I said so be it but I'm not coming back EVER... so Crystal made sure I waited for 20 min to get served until Vincent was able to fix 1 nail. I know it was crystal's doing because she would look my way and beaker with the other techs snd front girls and laugh! I usually don't write reviews but I left really upset with this salon. The prices online do not match what they charge. They did have a sign that said prices went up $3 because of the pandemic. I was charged $15 more for a gel pedicure. The website showed $35 for an Express-Gel Pedicure. The staff was nice and the services were not bad but I will not be going back. I've gone to this location since they opened and I always see the same person. If you want a clean, quality, pampering pedicure see Ruby. She takes her time, gives an awesome massage, and really cares for her customers. I make appointments with her because I won't see anyone else there. I can't tell you how much I appreciate her customer service and care. When I see others racing though the pedi, Ruby keeps her focus on giving each customer the best pedicure/manicure. I would just like to start off by saying, I loathe going to a new start up business in fear of an awful experience. Sure enough, that Is what I encountered. The decor of the salon was very nice. A modern look. The nail stations were all collected together in a U shape form, which I found a little inconvenient and unnecessary. The nail polishes are in a corner on small shelves and hidden so as hard to see when you first walk in. Having to go around the U to get to. The pedicure stations (which I did not get) were behind a giant marble looking wall. The seats were spacious looking. The prices are displayed on a TV that rotate between services. I came in on a Wednesday afternoon. I had no appointment. I asked for acrylic and the man up front told me to pick a color. Once I chose, I waited around 5 minutes before I started my nails. One of the female workers came up to me and offered me a water bottle, which I thought was very nice. What I did not like was that my nails did not get cleaned up before he started applying the necessary steps for my acrylic. My cuticles stayed the same and my nails were never filed. The gentleman was extremely courteous and kept up with small talk. After he scraped the top layer of my nails to apply the acrylic glue, he did not ask me to watch my hands, but instead used a small brush to brush off the mess. Which I thought was weird. Once he applied the acrylic, he cut them to my liking, WITH SCISSORS! He used small kid scissors to cut the acrylic. I was not okay with that. But, I kept my mouth shut. I asked for a small and simple heart design on my nails and he messed it up. When I brought it to his attention, he said no it looks great. They had a special going on where you get $10 off your service. I paid $32 for a sub par job. Needless to say, I won't be going back. read more

Went in for a pedicure on a Saturday with a friend. It wasn't crowded and was served right away. While the lady that served my friend was talking away the whole time, my lady was quiet, in which I like--perhaps because of language barrier, well, since I am not there to " talk", I would much prefer to enjoy my spa time. I find the nail polish display very inconvenient to look for a color that you like, it was all put together on a tier display, it would have been better if they could either line them up on the wall so clients can just see it at a glance instead of digging it out individually. Because it is my first time there, I decided only to do the basic pedicure for $30. The lady seemed disappointed that we were only doing the $30. According to the "menu" book, it shows a list of services that's under $30 pedicure that seen not much different compare to the next level up pedicure, so we opt to do the $30 one just to see how we will like it. At the end of the pedicure, both my friend and I noticed that not everything was done according to the list on the menu (for example, hot stone massage, etc). What we got was just a simple basic pedicure, so either we got ripped-off or they are just flat out false advertising. Went to get a basic pedicure and a basic mani pedi for my little one (I believe it's called the Princess Package). Walked into the salon right when they opened and it was very clean. It's extremely spacious with a lot of pedicure chairs. Beautiful decor - hanging chandeliers and huge flat screen TVs for entertainment. The selection of polishes is massive. Vicky did my pedicure. She was very friendly and made sure that I was comfortable. I choose a dark polish and she was very detailed in her work. I highly recommend her. The other lady nail tech was very kind and gentle with my little one. Most of the nail techs are Vietnamese with heavy accents. You may have a hard time understanding what they say, but they're very dedicated to their craft. Even with a language barrier show them pictures of what you want. Respect them and they'll be sure not to jack up your nails! ;) 4 stars because the price tag was a bit hefty. $30 for a basic pedi w/ a hot towel. $25 for a kid mani pedi. Got a pedicure here, the person was ultra pushy and constantly trying to upsell me even after I said no. Upon walking in multiple people were giving me different directions to check in and it was quite stressful. The pedicure guy was rough and rushed my 68 dollar pedi. He cut my skin so that when they put the acetone it burned on some of my toes. Even after I suggested I didnt want gel, he would not accept I just wanted regular polish. I mean we went back and forth for about 5 times about it, to the point where I just said fine put the gel cause I was just so done with it. After he kept trying to get me to get a manicure even after I told him I don't like the way it feels!!! It was a weird pedi experience and I won't ever go back. This is a really nice, friendly nail salon! The ladies were extremely nice & talked to you while doing your mani/pedi. So many times in nail salons, you feel like an intruder. Not here! The decor is upscale & the service was fantastic! Prices were comparable to other salons, but I felt the service was above others! I recently went to a nail salon on the west side, paid the same amount, & left unhappy with the results. I went in to D'Vine while shopping at Fountains, and was pleasantly surprised! For the same price as the west side salon (that literally only soaked my feet & slapped some polish on), the ladies at D'Vine did a full spa pedicure, including exfoliating & massage! Edit:4 nails randomly cracked in half with no pressure so I went back to have them fixed and while I was there she asked if I just wanted a new set since she said they were all gonna pop anyway so I agreed, the new set looked fine but she took me to the desk after and tried charging me $60!!! After they were the ones who messed up my nails in the first place!! The owner (who was the original one who messed up my nails) was called over and she tried asking me to pay too but after talking and saying I wouldn't pay for her mistake she ended up just saying they were free and I left. D'Vine Nail Spa is the best nail salon in El Paso. There have been times when I haven't been able to make it to their centrally located shop, at Fountains at Farah, so I've had to go to salons close to my house, in the far East area. The other salons have been just OK, but by far, D'Vine is the best in town. I even used to drive out to the West side for a good gel manicure when we first moved to El Paso, but that was before I bumped into the owner of D'Vine at Sprouts, before Thanksgiving, and she gave me her business card, thus ending that 40 minute drive for a manicure! Recently, I had a very bad experience at a different salon by my house. My cuticles were cut pretty badly, and when the scabs came off, my cuticles were left rough and dry. I had been to that salon many times as it is right in my neighborhood, but the last manicure I had there was the worst! I went to D'Vine today and Tammy worked on my nails. She noticed right away that my cuticles were in bad shape. I didn't tell her why (out of shame), and she didn't ask, because all she was concerned about was making it right for me. Tammy is an absolute pleasure and professional, and she miraculously fixed all of my cuticles. On top of that, she did a parafin wax to make sure my cuticles stayed healthy and soft for as long as possible. I have to question why I would even consider going anywhere else after my experiences. I've had nothing but beautiful nails from D'Vine in the past, and so have received so many compliments. I've also read the reviews about higher cost at D'Vine. I'd say that I pay $5 less here than at any of the other nail salons I've been to in the area, but received the best services at D'Vine. Everyone there is wonderful! It's not always easy to get in and out of the Fountains mall, but it is so worth it if you're going there for D'Vine Nails. read more

Anyway, went here yesterday and the lady talks you out of the regular pedicure which is $35 she tell you how she won't be able to do anything to your feet. So I took the one she recommended $75 NOT worth it. She did not dig in my feet (like she said she wasn't gonna do with the cheap one) then add something to make it more. If I could give this place 0 stars I would. First let me give you a little background on myself. I am very pregnant and have horribly achy-breaky feet and legs. I have been getting pedicures more often than normal to try and help. One day I decided I'd try to go into D'vine and give them a try, all day I was waiting to go in and be pampered. I ate at Mooyah (which was so so so good) and then headed over to the nail salon. As I walked in I was greeted by a male nail technician, who took me away to the pedicure chair. He filled up the water and gave me a menu to browse which pedicure I wanted, unsure I asked him what he recommended. He recommended the most expensive pedicure (60 dollars) because I wanted this to be such a great experience I agreed. Now, I knew before he was even getting started that I was going to be disappointed. The nail technician was supposed to let my feet soak in milk and honey mixture... (Not done) Instead he completely ignored my needs. Nails were not cut. Cuticles were not taken care of. Callus's were not removed from my feet. He did not rub my feet, he did not rub my legs. While he did do the wax mask and hot towels, he skipped multiple steps. I've never been so disappointed. He treated me as if I've never had a pedicure before and didn't know what to expect. I think it's very shady and rude to recommend a specific pedicure which happened to be the most expensive and not even bother to do all of the steps. Bad business practice! And I won't be back, you couldn't pay me to go there again. Oh and by the way, I have gotten a pedicure since that horrible experience and when the lady started on my feet she said "it's been a long time huh" and the sad thing is, it wasn't that long ago that I had that pedicure from D'Vine. read more

I came here for a pedicure while visiting my family member who is stationed in El Paso as I was in need of a pedicure. My nail technician did an excellent job on my jelly pedicure my feet and toes felt and looked great although the price was more expensive than expected, $58 (in comparison to what I am used to where I live) but since she did such a great job it ended up being worth the price. The 2 stars and the tip I left were for the nail technician. However, zero stars for the customer service it was very poor. I was greeted but they wanted to just rush me into a chair before I had chance to pick a polish color (you always pick out a color first in my experience) they obviously just wanted to get you in and out so they could get another customer in the chair to make more $$$ which does not make for a relaxing experience and getting your nails done should be a relaxing experience. Also, afterwards I was awkwardly standing around trying to figure out where I was supposed to pay as this was my first time there so it was not really that obvious as to where as there was no sign of a computer or credit card machine to stand near and no available employee to ask. I did ask a nearby employee who was with another customer since everyone seemed to be with customers he seemed bothered by my question as did the employee that eventually decided to charge me out. Honestly, I could have just walked out without paying since no one seemed to be paying any attention which is pretty bad. Excuse me for wanting to pay for services rendered.
