They have a wide range of parts in stock for washing machines, tumble driers, coolers and hovers all brands catered for. They always have a good stock of washing machine and tumble driers in the shop. Often they have bargains as they gets ones which have very minor cosmetic damage hence there prices are often cheaper than those found in the big electrical stores. They also provide a call out service which I used once and the service in my home was prompt and polite and carried out by a knowledge service engineer. I only have them four stars as I have had to order my part which won't arrive until Tuesday but I highly recommend this shop of you have white goods problems. There is a small insure car park for customers.

They charged me £65 up front, took my no and said it would be ready the afternoon/evening of the following day and that they would call to let me know. The lunchtime of the following day, I happened to be passing anyway so stopped to ask if it was ready. Not yet, they said. So far so good. Later that afternoon / evening - no phone call from them and no answer either when I tried calling. I ended up going there in person only to find myself getting told they hadn't done the job because they needed my password to access the laptop's settings. Me: "So why didn't you call me to get it, or ask me when I was here in person this lunchtime?" Them: "Because we were short staffed". Yes I got my £65 back but I'd rather just have had my laptop fixed. Pathetic waste of time.

Bailiff came to my house and asked for £276…read more He was very angry and rude and told me if i didn't pay up he will cut my head off and keep it till lunch time. i told him i need to go after paying him as i was getting late for work but he carried on shouting and threatening me and told me i should of woke up earlier then and if i say anything else to him he would take my car. after he left i checked the copies of the paper work. and he stated that he seized my TV. but he actually took cash and didn't mention anything about seizing any items from the house. this has got to be the worst experience of my life, I have never met anyone so vile and rude. there was just no need for it at all. i think he only acted this way because he could tell i wasn't from this country and my English is slightly broken. He took advantage of this. i hope i will never come across another person like this.
